Great check in, lovely friendly staff. Main restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner were good. with a good turnover of food. Could do with more variety, and a couple of extra staff on the pizza/pasta counters. Better clearing/bussing of tables. Clear menu options displayed outside the restaurant and when the bbq was going to be on as well, as we missed this a few times. labels were only occasionally displayed for food out on the buffet so sometimes it was difficult to know what was out. Communication was really mixed, some things were really clearly communicated others were not. Bus to town we asked if we needed to reserve got 3 different answers. when we did manage to book (party of 5) the only booked 3 seats. no info given or not clearly communicated about the al a carte restaurant. No displays/communication about what entertainment was on and the ones that were out were for the wrong nights. The bars areas for sitting on an evening were lacking, especially as it can be chilly/wet this time of year. The main bar was fun and great if your up for kids club/loud music etc every night. However if you want a more laid back chilled zone there's only really the lobby area. The other cosy bar/sports was to pay for and people were smoking in there again off putting. We enjoyed our stay, would we stay again probably not. would we recommend?depending on the person and what they wanted for their holiday it's a good base

I stayed with my son for four nights and am so glad we chose this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful,the grounds were well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was also a great variety of food to choose from. I would recommend ignoring any negative comments about the food—it's impossible to please everyone! Agi
