Hotel worth staying at if:
- It's not Ramadan because the lady who manages the entertainment rentals was below par.
- It's hot because the water in the aqua park was clearly freezing. (Stayed in mid-March). Of all the pools, only one has heated water, but it's not one in the aqua park!
- You're okay with the food being subpar, despite the selection.
- You're not environmentally conscious (all the lights in all areas are always on—especially the restrooms—when no one's there! Or the amount of food thrown away is pretty ridiculous).

Reception staff are so helpful!!
A taxi to Marrakech centre is MAD150.
Be careful not to be ripped off.
The hotel offer a bus service, twice a day its free otherwise you have to pay . The city centre is definitely a visit.
It's great to stay and enjoy the hotel but go and enjoy Marrakech as well

My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Staff were sooooo nice and friendly. Foods were really nice that matches the price.
It’s just the facilities…. They only offer one pair of Ping Pong 🏓 and one ball and one set of golf ⛳️ to the guests….. there were at least 1000 people in this resort 😅
Ants 🐜 family can be found on the floor….. but generally staff were nice. So it was good.

A wonderful resort with lots of space and very friendly staff. The animation team is excellent, always ensuring everyone feels included with fun activities and a friendly attitude. The heated pool was amazing! Breakfast was great, but I didn’t enjoy the smell in some of the lunch and dinner dishes, even though there were many options to choose from. The staff were exceptional, and the service from check-in to check-out was flawless.
