I'm going to be as honest as possible. After reading the reviews and the replies from the hotel, believe me, nothing seems to have changed for the better from the negative reviews from months ago. We walked in on the first night, and we thought wow this place looks posh, they checked us in and showed us around and brought our bags to the room. The room was lovely and spotless, there is a kettle, 2 cups, and a couple of earl grey teabags, no coffee, milk, or spoon. The rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels. The food was the same every day and not much of it. Breakfast was just egg omelettes or fried eggs, salad, pancakes, cereals, but hardly any milk and a few pastries. The morning waiters are on another planet, so slow. You have to literally take your cup to them to get coffee. Don't even ask them for cutlery. Just source it yourself. There are 2 other restaurants which being all-inclusive you can visit once each but you have to pay a supplement 🤔. The bar has a singer on, she is lovely and can sing a good range of songs and will let you sing. The bar staff look down at you if you are English and all-inclusive and make you wait for drinks. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel with a 5 star experience, but believe me, rating it a 3 Star is being generous. Just to use the indoor pool was very expensive around £24 for an hour, doesn't all-inclusive mean everything is included 🤔? Would I stay here again? Yes, for half what I paid. We paid £1800 for 7 days for a couple. Please, the hotel manager, only reply when you have made changes for the better, not before with your copy and paste reply, saying " sorry, we will look into this, etc etc" We enjoyed Marrakesh and will be back but in a different hotel.
