We chose this Riad on the recommendation of our son who stayed two days in November 23, unfortunately our experience was disappointing on several levels:
1- No indication to arrive at the right address, not even on the door of the residence, we lost a lot of time finding the Riad knowing that we had our luggage and that we were in a state of extreme fatigue following a long journey.
2- When we arrived around 5 p.m. there was no one at reception. We had to wait a long time and call several times to find someone.
3- We were offered a room on the ground floor which could only be a converted storage room with a window opening onto a shared outdoor lounge, so no privacy. We were refused a change of room on the pretext that all the others were occupied, it took long discussions to be able to have another room on the first floor which was no better since its window overlooks the room opposite.
4- The cleanliness was not up to par, wet towels, clogged shower, cockroaches circulating in the bathroom and in the bedroom.
5- We asked for breakfast the day before because we were flying early the next day, we were given a tray with a few cups of honey cheese jam, a carton of juice already started, this meal led us to the airport pharmacy to buy an antidiarrheal!

We had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was!
Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations.
The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too!
What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay.
The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.

Pessima experiência eu e minha família obteve com esse Riad, primeiro que eu paguei para me hospedar em outro Riad, e tive a supresa que as minhas reservas não existiam, aí fui transferida para esse lugar horroroso, diria que é um quarto de quinta categoria, mobiliário velho chuveiro com água gelada , banheiro pequeno sem nenhuma estrutura, toalhas velhas , roupa de cama horrorosa! Café da manhã horrível, nos serviam com louças sujas e alimentação sinceramente com dúvidas de higiene em sua manipulação, meu filho teve uma infecção alimentar. Não tenho nada a falar positivamente, fora o cheiro forte de gatos pelo ambiente. Além de toda a pessima experiencia , ainda queriam me cobrar taxa de hospedagem de 2,5 euros por diária , por pessoa! Respeito a opinião das pessoas, mas dizer que esse hotel é bom, me desculpe, pois não se trata de luxo, e sim de entregar o básico com capricho. NÃO RECOMENDO NEM DE GRAÇA !!!!

Ho mandato dei clienti e questo è il loro feedback. Gestori molto disponibili ma igiene e pulizia pessima. Gatti che giravano ovunque anche intorno al cibo, asciugamani sporchi che però prontamente cambiati, colazione scarsa e misera. Riad poco accogliente e che non ti faceva venire voglia di tornare a fine giornata. Struttura da evitare se ti piace la pulizia. Peccato perché i gestori sono cortesi e disponibili ma le lacune sono tante.

Riad sporco ma sporco sporco . Gatti ovunque .. peli di gatto sugli asciugamani . Asciugamani rotti che puzzavano di fumo . Coperte che non avranno mai visto la lavatrice . Capelli tra federa e cuscino .Mai visto un posto peggiore . Sconsigliato vivamente .
