At least the ycould help me check in after midnight that advantage but I cant use warm water that a big problem.

There are no ac in the room. but staff is helpful and It has comfortable rooftop. Nice hostel in Medina Marrakesh..

In the booking it included breakfast but they didn't offer it and in the paper over there mentioned 4 euro extra for a breakfast. Also I asked for advice for the bus to the airport and they gave me the wrong information.

Great hostel and very friendly travelers, but please don't order the option with breakfast, because via Tip this didn't show op for the hostel.

The youth hostel is in a small alley. It took me a long time to find it following Google Navigation. The place is a bit hard to find. The room is clean and there are many shopping places around.

Cleanliness There are two blankets on the bed, and you sleep sandwiched between them, but the blankets are not washed. They are just folded and set up every morning. Of course, there are no sheets, so I think this is a place for people who don't mind. The living room, shower room, and toilet were old but clean. Location It is within walking distance from the old town. It is difficult to get there, but it is easy once you get used to it. The streets of Marrakech are like a maze, and I think it is difficult to get to any of the accommodations, so there is no particular downside to the score. Service It is a riad, and the relaxing space on the rooftop was nice. It was a clear day in February, about 22 degrees, with a gentle breeze, and it was very comfortable. The living room was also nice. Facilities and amenities Toilet paper available Shampoo and body soap not available Sheets not available Towel rental 15dh Breakfast was 4€ or 40dh, and dinner was 9€ or 90dh. (February 2025) Please note that the accommodation tax is 2.5€ per night and can only be paid in cash, so bring euros. I didn't mind it, but the top bunk of the bunk bed had an unfixed ladder, a low fence only 7cm high, and was about 2m high, so I don't think it would be suitable for people with a fear of heights. I had a fun stay because I could play with the cats.

The guy at the store was super nice. Because my flight was three hours late, it was already early in the morning when I arrived. I called the store to ask if I could still check in. The store kept waiting for me and even came out to pick me up. I felt full on the first day of my trip to Morocco. I fell in love with this friendly country on the first day. I recommend everyone to stay in this hostel.

The location is okay. There is no sign, so it may be difficult to find. The stairs are steep, so you may not be able to carry a large suitcase up. The shower only had water, so I only washed my face, but it was cheap so I was satisfied.

If it's your first time trying out a Hostel go try this one out! My first time in the country and I couldn't been able to ask for a more pleasant hostel experience! You get to meet different people from all around the world and the people from this Hostel made me feel safe and informed. Younes was a legend! He was very accommodating until the very end where he accompanied me until my taxi to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
