The breakfast is not bad but not extraordinary, we were expecting something a little bit more better.
The taxi driver that took us to the airport tried to rob us asking 300 dirhams for the transportation whereas it is clearly written that it costs 250 dirhams to the airport. I had to ask someone from the security of the airport to help us only paying 250 dirhams as planned originally by the hotel.
Please do something about the taxi drivers you work with.

Le cadre est agréable : l’hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines et les chambres sont confortables. Cependant, la décoration est décevante et banale : il ne s’agit pas de vrais riads, mais de dars (pas de point d'eau intérieur, peu de décoration, fontaine éteinte). Côté restauration, le restaurant propose des plats de qualité inégale : l’épaule d’agneau est excellente, mais le bœuf était immangeable, sans saveur et à la texture caoutchouteuse. Attention aux factures : vérifiez bien ce que vous consommez, car ils ont tenté de nous facturer deux épaules d’agneau au lieu d’une. Les bouteilles d’eau ne sont pas offertes et sont surfacturées (2,50 € la bouteille). Enfin, la gérance n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : le gérant, en tongs, mal rasé et peu serviable, ne correspond pas à l’image attendue. Un jour, nous avons même trouvé un morceau de plastique dans notre plat, et il s’est contenté de s’éloigner sans réagir. En conclusion, il s’agit d’un bel établissement, mais mal géré.

HOTEL LONTANISSIMO DAL CENTRO, per arrivare all’hotel una strada pericolosa e senza luci, attenzione potrebbe essere molto rischioso! HOTEL DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

un très bel endroit très reposant a 10 minutes du centre de Marrakech un jardin splendide, nous avons réservé une suite de 50 m2 très fraiche malgré les 39 degrés extérieur pas obligé de mettre la clim jour et nuit bonne cuisine locale a un prix tout a fait abordable par rapport au site en tout les cas très bon rapport/qualité prix et personnel très gentil et attentionné je recommande fortement par rapport a d autre endroit de la palmeraie beaucoup plus chère avec des prestations souvent moindre direction française

Don't book this hotel!! Just don't. It's dirty, messy, rooms have dreadful plumbing and leak all over the place. They pretend to have high speed internet but it drops out, is slow, utterly unreliable. Supposedly quiet but crying babies everywhere, staff were slow, food was average at best and if you think "all inclusive", it's not. Breakfast is trash, lunch is from a basic menu and dinner is off a menu which takes ages to order and receive. No snack options through the day and the drinks are CHARGEABLE. The positive reviews are either fake or by people who have never been to actual decent hotels. AVOID.

Un havre de paix, le lieu est vraiment super, au calme, très joli. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel aux petits soins. Si je dois revenir à Marrakech, je reviendrai ici sans hesitation.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel de charme Situé à 15/20 min en taxi du centre de Marrakech Hôtel très propre,très belles piscines et de très beaux espaces vert! Chambres très agréables avec une très bonne literie Le restaurant est très bon avec une carte très variée (légumes cultivés sur place)et petit + on mange au bord de la piscine…cadre magique ! Personnel de l hôtel très accueillant et toujours au petit soîn pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux Réservation taxi et excursions sur place J y retournerais sans hésiter lors de ma prochaine escapade marocaine ! Merci pour tout et à très vite 😉
