We’ve been here before as a couple, it was obviously newer then but it has held up. They try and keep everything clean which is nice. Some rooms may need updates as some mould in showers and toilet smelt like a drain. The shuttle bus was great to the market, although would be nice if there was more availability Food was good, quality could be a bit better but still nice Kids enjoyed themselves although they could have done better activities in kids club to counteract windy conditions. The restaurant is really nice, shows where the quality is rather than in buffet, but I understand. I would go again and recommend

It was a very enjoyable experience and the entertainment and animation crew were really engaging - especially mourad mimi walid chinwi. Would come again :) the rooms were big and cleaned every day. The food was amazing and lots to choose from. Good transport into the centre. Would recommend.

Arrived at 10:30 but check in not until 15:00, not a problem though as you can use the facilities until you are taken to your room. From the outside the hotel looked lovely although a little distanced from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Hotel Reception was lovely and airy but not as cool as you would expect. Room: Once in the room we welcomed the nice bathroom with walk in shower and a lovely huge bed. A small sofa bed had been made up to accommodate our son. Decor was a bit dated and behind the bed were signs of a previous water leak, the drains absolutely stank after the first day. The problem was quickly solved once the hotel was notified but soon came back the next day, we just kept the door closed. Cockroach on the fourth day and didn’t see any more. Buffet Restaurant: Very efficient and the staff couldn’t do more for you. The food was very repetitive and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. We were amazed at the amount of adults hammering the kids chips and nuggets but overall you wouldn’t starve. Pool Bar: Good service and lovely cool drinks. Honey bees also like this area. Food was good but sometimes you got something different to your order but it didn’t matter too much as it was always tasty. Pool Area: This is what lets this hotel down the most, the kids pool is a bit dated and could do with a refresh, the liner was loose and saggy. Main pool to small for the amount of people in the hotel, lots of sharp edges with loose tiles. Now the sunbed situation is an absolute joke, no reserving beds but you had no chance of getting one unless you got up before 4am, the rules aren’t enforced and people would just hoy your towel off or move beds about. Overall it’s a great little place but it just needs some updating and the sunbeds sorting out. Music is too loud and could just do with been turned down a notch so you can actually hear yourself speak. We wouldn’t return again just because it’s not really our cup of tea, we like to be able to go out and walk around.
