Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce Riad. Le tout était parfait et nous avons bien apprécié la disponibilité du personnel, le calme, et la sélection de plats marocains proposés au restaurant. Nous y retournerons sans faute. A très vite !

Quartos e casa de banho muito bem decorados e espaçosos. Super limpo. Atendimento do pessoal muito amável e sempre prontos a ajudar. Restaurante com comida tradicional marroquina muito boa relação qualidade /preço. Pequeno Almoço soberbo. Oferta á chegada de chá e bolinhos tradicionais. Piscina e área envolvente muito limpa e cuidada. Estacionamento para as motas dentro da propriedade.

Very nice and cozy place, the place is handled by professional staff that gives a pretty particular attention to details. I highly recommend. The communication is very good and the service is top level.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 1 nuit. Nous sommes arrivés en taxi en début de soirée. Le taxiste a eu beaucoup de peine à trouver le chemin. Nous avons commandé une tajine à l’agneau et nous avons reçu une tajine au poulet (nous en avons mangé des bien meilleures durant notre séjour). Nous partions tôt le lendemain matin et l’on nous a dit que le buffet ouvrait plus tard et qu’il n’y aurait pas la possibilité de manger quelque chose. On ne nous a même pas proposé un café ou un thé.. Au moment de régler la note, j’ai dû passer 2 fois la carte de crédit (le réceptionniste me disait que la 1ere fois, cela n’avait pas fonctionné, mais en réalité il manquait du papier dans l’appareil 😳). Ils m’ont assuré que leur banque allait faire le nécessaire pour rembourser le 2eme paiement, mais malgré plusieurs relances, ils n’ont même pas daigné me répondre. Quel manque de professionnalisme!! Ce qui est sûr, c’est que je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet établissement. Pour finir tout de même sur une note positive, la chambre était très spacieuse.

The staff at the Riad make you feel like you are at staff. The service is very professional and the property is well appointed with a pool, spa and lots of space for relaxing. The breakfast was free, and incredible! Omlette, orange juice, French toast, so many delicious pasteries all on a large plate. Lunch and Dinner was incredible, all with local choices as well as pizza and fries. My room was much better than I dreamed with a very large terrace over the pool. I also had time to check out the spa and experience the Hammam treatment. Highly recommended!

Je me trouve actuellement dans ce Riad villa saphir & SPA établissement et quelle surprise J’avais préalablement réservé une suite présidentielle et le cauchemar commence Notre suite est prise soit disant par une personne malade et on nous propose une chambre sale et malodorante au sous sol Nous avions préalablement prévenu de notre arrivée à 23 heures et nous sommes toujours sans solution pour dormir moi et ma famille Nous sommes en relation avec la gérante de de l’établissement et la tension monte d’un cran. Établissement à éviter pour toutes les raisons Évoqués ci-dessus Nous allons dormir dans le hall de cette villa

Excellente expérience dans ce Riad Un peu loin du centre mais en taxi jouable Au calme Belle prestation Bon service Belle piscine Personnel super sympa Sofiane et Ahmed a m accueil Shibani lhassen au jardinage Les femmes de ménages toujours gentil Restauration très bonne et correct tarif Les alentours doivent être améliorer problème général au maroc car pas propre mais l INTERIEUR ici est au top Je recommande

We were very impressed by the accommodation. From the very first moment, they were willing to let us check-in early, after a warm reception with tea. The service at this place is the standout winner of all assessment criteria, and that’s a big compliment given that there’s barely anything to complain about. The room is cleaned and arranged daily, the breakfast is delicious and enough to keep you full the whole day, the pool and spa are exceptionally equipped, and I can go on and on.
The only negative thing (which is beyond the accommodations locus of control) is the location. The villa is slightly outside town, making it expensive and difficult getting to the areas where life happens. However, if you’re looking for rest and a place to lie under the sun, riad villa Saphir is the place for you.
