Friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast, excellent value. I would stay again.

Poor Service and unclean room Only booked a room here because of the price and the amenities stating there would be a mini-fridge. The room did not have a mini-fridge and the guy at the counter wasn't willing to give us a different room. My husband has medications that must be refrigerated and using a communal fridge is not something I'm willing to chance. Called the travel agency and they attempted to contact the front desk and had 3 unanswered calls. So we had no choice but to stay and I emptied their ice maker to fill our cooler up for his medications. While getting ready for bed I went to grab a coffee cup to fill with water and found two half smoke **** blunts. I called the front desk at Quality Inn per the note on the Value Host front desk and the girl working came right over and moved us to the room right next door to ours and that room smelled very clean and had a mini-fridge in it. I took photos of the blunts however I'm not currently able to upload them right now.

Junk trash chair and shot mattress! On entering the room, there was an odd sweet smell. A/C cleared that up. But then we were introduced to the most horrible Naugahyde chair in the world (see pic) Half the Naugahyde was gone and the cushioning was totally shot. A junk yard would be embarrassed to accept it. Later, we also discovered the bed mattress was totally shot. Kept being rolled into center of bed and back ache the next morning. Do not recommend!
