"The hotel atmosphere is quiet, and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. The parking was a bit difficult; the parking garage is a little narrow, but there's always staff ready to guide you. The bedsheets were a bit dirty, with some stains. Oh, and perhaps the breakfast cost information on Trip.com needs to be updated. The app showed IDR 120,000, but when I ordered extra breakfast, the cost was already IDR 165,000. The breakfast menu was varied, and the roasted milk tea was delicious. It's a shame I only got half a glass, and I had to wait quite a while for a refill when I wanted more. Overall, it's good."

From check-in to check-out, the whole process was very smooth. The dining was also a pleasant surprise.
