Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast.
This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick up my food after I began eating and walk all the way across the room, maybe 25 meters to another table. What kind of service is this? Was that neccessary? Is it how you properly treat a guest?
I'll remind you that the giant room was nearly empty from the time I arrived and left. She did this in a cold manner. Throughout the rest of the 20 minutes that I sat at the "correct" table, never saw another employee to ask for coffee.
This is not anywhere near the level of service I would expect from a 4 star hotel and for this price. Will be certain to avoid this hotel when I return.

This place was an absolute gem. No crowds, private beach access, large rooms, and tons of amenities. The staff was very friendly and almost everyone spoke English. Highly recommend for those looking to avoid the crowds.

Terza volta consecutiva in questo resort. Ancora una volta pienamente soddisfatti. Il soggiorno è reso piacevole dalle camere spaziose e ben accessoriate, dalla posizione, praticamente sul mare, dalla estrema pulizia, dal personale competente e sempre disponibile h24, dalla colazione abbondante e varia, dalla spa rilassante. Ancora una volta bravi e... grazie!

Bellissima struttura, personale ben preparato e cordialissimo, la spiaggia privata è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, comodissimo il parcheggio privato e coperto. Ottima ed abbondante colazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Bellissima struttura, nuova tenuta bene e pulita, dove torniamo da qualche anno. Ottima la colazione sia salata che dolce. L'Ambruosi offre un ottimo servizio Spa e spiaggia. Speciale il personale molto gentile, disponibile e professionale, in particolare le ragazze della reception Ilaria e Francesca. Quest'anno è stato aggiunto un truck in spiaggia che offre un buon servizio bar in spiaggia dove grazie alla superlativa conduzione da parte di Daniela, Benedetta e Alessio è possibile, durante tutta la giornata, consumare caffè, gelati, macedonie fresche (fatte sul momento), aperitivi ed all'ora di pranzo, ottime insalatone. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Alla reception le ragazze sono state davvero cordiali e gentili.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort per la seconda volta e i servizi offerti sono perfino migliorati. Hanno eliminato il servizio ristorante ma introdotto un servizio bar in spiaggia molto comodo, sempre con la possibilità di ordinare il pranzo sotto l'ombrellone. Ho trovato molto migliorata anche la colazione, con ampia varietà di dolci e salato. In sostanza, sempre top. Torneremo.
