Our magnificent fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor in a recent secure residence with swimming pool and parking. Its spacious living room opens onto a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs from where you can watch a beautiful sunset over the lagoon every evening while lying on a deckchair. The terrace closes with an electric shutter. A kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and filter... In the living room, there is a convertible sofa for 2 people (Queen size mattress). Enjoy the connected television and the wifi ! The large bedroom has a king size bed all in solid wood, a large closet with hanging space. It overlooks the bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The apartment can host 4 people but we can add an extra bed for one more person. All household linen is provided: towels, foutas, sheets. The residence is closed by an automatic gate, your parking space is just behind the apartment. A swimming pool is available in the residence. The apartment is located in Marigot - Quartier Bellevue, close to shops, beaches, restaurants, the market and the Dutch side.
