Staff friendly. Need to give clearer directions when explaining the use of key card to keep the lights on.

Front desk staff missing or rude I had to wait 12 minutes for the front desk person to show up to check me in. This was around 7 PM, not in the middle of the night. When she did finally appear she seemed bothered by my presence and didn't make me feel like a guest. Then she was missing from her post the rest of the night. We needed services but she was no where to be found. We called out to no avail. Perhaps a little bell or button to push to alert her of guests presence would help. The next day we had a problem with our toilet and when I told the new front desk person she asked me, "So, what do you want me to do about it?" Snarky tone, not how can I help tone. I asked her to let maintenance know and she looked at me like I was crazy. She told me they don't work on the weekend. I thought most of a hotel's business was on the weekend. They need to hire competent staff. Otherwise the stay was uneventful. Tiny rooms, but is a "Micro"-tel. The rooms were made to appear larger by an entire wall of mirrors. Not what I want to see when I first wake up. :-) It was clean and the elevator was fast. We didn't try the free breakfast because there is a Bob Evans right next door. It was nice to have the window seat available to set up our our suitcases on. There is a mini fridge in the room which is nice touch as well. Would stay there again if it wasn't for the staff.

Single night Very nice attendant in food area. Good options. Clean area. FRESH cut up watermelon. Delish!

Staff, from cleaning to desk to breakfast are stellar! The rooms amaze me for how comfortable yet compact they are. I have stayed here for an annual conference for years, and I've always been very happy with it.

The rooms were very clean and neat. Staff was helpful. I especially like fresh fruit on the breakfast bar, and the mini mart. I was a little disappointed I could not get in the high speed internet after the second night there.
