The Riley Suite was very comfortable but also subject to a lot of outside noise as it is on the street-side of the building. There were several minor condition issues with the room, but they did not affect our stay. The stairs to the rooms provide a good workout and are a bit steep in addition to being numerous, so holding the handrail is advised. The dining area includes a full refrigerator/freezer and microwave, but the hotel only provides a couple of kinds of breakfast-serving size cereal, orange juice, milk, tea bags and a limited selection of Keurig coffee. The Galley restaurant at street level below the hotel is very good but does not serve breakfast. It would be nice if the Hackett provided a coupon for breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants (strongly recommend the Busy Bee).
