Park View review Overall it was a great stay. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The house is beautiful with lots of wood trim and floors. Having been built over 100 years ago, it has some quirks, like a tiny toilet room downstairs. There is not a stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave. The rooms are decorated and spacious. The front porch is very nice and great for sipping coffee and watching Marietta go by.

Sister Trip The location is great - right across from the park; the front porch is very inviting and the house is beautiful. However only 3 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, and during our stay only 2 of those bedrooms had a working air conditioner, the third spewed debris. We only had 6 towels for 4 people for a 3 night stay. Also, you can only plug in one appliance at a time in the kitchen.

Girls trip Celebrating our friends birthday. The house is so lovely. Beautiful woodwork and even the lighting fixtures were so unique and fit the house perfectly. The front porch is great! We sat there and loved the atmosphere. The only drawback was the air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms and no air conditioning in another bedroom.

Beautiful historic home. Very clean, very comfortable. A/C works great, luxury bedding and inviting front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out was a breeze. Highly recommend & will stay here again next time we visit Marietta.

Parkview House The property was beautiful!! I didn't want to leave. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Great communication with host. They had everything set and we felt at home right away. Will definitely stay again!!

Gorgeous home What an amazing place. The home is beautiful. It's a step back in time. Group of 5 so we had more than enough room. Great location. The front porch is the best. Overlooks a park with lots of activity. So relaxing to just sit and watch what's happening. Also great location. The stairway in this home and the chandeliers are beautiful. Loved this home.
