The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Guests praised the comfortable and spacious rooms, especially the extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast is described as very good.

Awful ! The rooms are disgusting and not clean . Paper peeling off walls , mould on ceiling, mould on walls , skirting boards mould & thick dust /dirt, broken lampshade with holes in it , rust at base of lamp tv jumping continuously, light pull in bathroom disgusting deep brown stained .Stains on carpets and smells omitting , trip hazard when go in room as the carpet has bunched up ( creased up ) mould around windows .hair ball and filth on bathroom floor where hadn't been cleaned at all , around the toilet pure dirt /scum absolutely disgusting . I'm sure their is probably more , but honestly we arrived late after such a busy day & we should have left straight away but had no where to go ! The bed was the ONLY clean thing in the room. We did however leave in the morning ASAP without so much as a shower or bath , as it just wasn't fit for purpose . Nothing absolutely nothing ,could make us stay here again and if you've booked ~cancel your thank me !

Twelve Knights Kevin and the team are great, happy to help however they can. The food is very good as are the drinks. The en suite bathroom had a great shower, fluffy clean towels and was nicely laid out. The bed was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and both agreed the only thing to change were some of the carpets. We didn't sleep, eat or shower on the carpets though, so it wasn't a game changer. We would definitely stay again, thank you Kevin and the whole team.
