"Honestly, this place felt more like an apartment block than a hotel once we stepped inside. If you're thinking about booking it just for the price difference to stay in Barcelona, be careful—commuting daily can get really tiring. The trains stop around 11 PM and aren't always reliable. We once waited 2 hours just for a 15-minute ride to Blanes, which was super frustrating. The walls are thin, so if you have noisy or snoring neighbors, it'll definitely annoy you at night. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either, which was disappointing. Staff-wise, I only felt welcomed by the blonde lady at reception. The others were blunt and dry. One big issue: the phone in our room didn't work, so we went down to ask for an iron. They took a few hours to bring it over—by then we were already bored and had left. Also, one night we were super thirsty and the guy at reception charged us 6 euros for two small bottles of water at midnight. If I'd seen the price before paying, I'd have just ordered from Uber. What even? Late at night, the only open restaurant nearby is McDonald's, which adds to the inconvenience. Overall, not worth the hassle unless you're okay with all these downsides."

"Hotel has decent size pool, roof top bar and pool was closed which is why we booked this hotel, food was Good for breakfast but dinner and tea wasn’t very good. Catered more for other nationalities than the English. Drinks was poor too, the coke was cheap coke and it was always flat or warm. The Barman was always miserable not one smile all week, entertainment was none existent unfortunately."

"Eight of us stayed for 5 nights because we were in the area for a wedding. Due to arriving from different countries we had pre arrival contact with the hotel and checked out at different times. From the initial contact to the final check out the whole experience was a pleasure. Hotel is clean, comfortable and well located for the town, the beach and the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful making the hotel feel very welcoming (I had to leave early in the morning to help with wedding preparations and the staff made me a packed breakfast to go). We all availed of the spa and it was highest quality also. If I am ever returning to this area I will not hesitate to return to SaVoga or reccomend it to any of my friends."

"Just returned from a 7-night half board stay here and we had a good holiday-this is a good hotel. There are lots of good points and a few negatives but overall I would recommend it for a relaxing break but still near enough to action if you want it. Positives The staff on the whole are friendly, welcoming and work hard, especially in the restaurant and the cleaners. Reception staff were without exception helpful and friendly. The pool!! It is massive and never busy and there is none of that getting towels down at dawn! There is some gentle music playing most of the day but it is not intrusive. The pool is cold but very welcome when the weather is hot! The location is good, off the main drag so not too noisy but near enough for an evening stroll and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The big Carrefour is only 10-15 mins walk and has everything you could want). The food on the whole was nice and we always found plenty to eat. The drinks prices were not ridiculous if not AI. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Negatives Only 2 small lifts so can be a wait at busy times. Absolutely nothing for children except the pool. Rooms are dated and the air conditioning is poor. The bathroom has no proper door, just a sliding door which cannot be locked. Entertainment is noisy until 11pm if you are pool facing. The restaurant is in a basement which is a shame as there is no view-everything is served on only 2 or 3 counters which makes for long queues for food at busy times, especially the live cooking station which is good but needs more thought into how it is set out and another staff member! There is no fridge in the rooms. There is no kettle. The storage is minimal for 3 people with very little hanging space. We enjoyed visits to Girona, Marineland and Barcelona and took the little train around Santa Susanna which was nice. We did the aqua park inflatable course in the sea which was great fun. Overall, a good holiday and we would return if in the area but feel this is more of an adults only hotel."

"What can I say except that we are quite disappointed with this hotel, the value for money is not there, we are far from it: starting with the location, so yes we are next to a lot of things, but frankly if you lift the tip of your nose the hotel is surrounded by vast and deserted grounds, residences, parking, in short far from the heavenly resemblance of the photos we had seen. The rotten soundproofing (yes that's the word) of the rooms and the whole building, people shouting in the street, if you have noisy neighbors, you hear them, if someone takes a shower at midnight minimum and someone goes to the bathroom for a small or large business you know it because you hear EVERYTHING, even on the balcony, we even wondered if we had closed our window properly, and yes yes even if it was closed properly we could hear everything. For the rest of the room, the bedding is good, the air conditioning is useful and functional, and the cleaning service is great, they are very kind and respectful. Paid parking is expensive but there is free space on the street. Lack of activity within the hotel apart from the swimming pools, yoga classes in a room in the basement, the paid spa, small gym, there is nothing else, no small games room or other, in case of bad weather we are quickly restricted. The food, located in the basement, we can not even eat outside in the sun, half-board buffet for us, drinks at dinner are paid because not included, the food is still varied but frankly not good, everything will depend on the tastes of each but from breakfast to dinner if we found 3 good things we were happy. For the reception the staff is very welcoming, speaks several languages we had no problems with communication, even for a late arrival at 00h-1h. Lack of toilets at the family pool. Luna Hotel is attached to Bondia Hotel, so it's like two hotels in one, hence the two names on the hotel's exterior entrance. After spending so much for a week, I'm sure you can get better for less. I therefore advise against this place, which isn't worth its 4 stars."

"This is a fantastic hotel in every respect. The staff were wonderful - friendly, professional and kind. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas - rooms, communal areas, restaurant, pool area. The facilities are excellent - all of a very high standard - the hotel has a real luxury feel to it. The food in the restaurant was excellent - a really good variety and choice each evening. Breakfast was excellent too. The drinks prices in the restaurant and bar were very reasonable. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, and we look forward to returning next year. We will be bringing the rest of the family next time too."

"The hotel itself is very clean and located nearby many restaurants, shops and the beach. We had an all inclusive booking, and the food served was brilliant. The rooms were a great size, balcony included and an air con that came in very handy with the heat outside. The activities and entertainment throughout the week were well planned and very fun to partake in. The staff at the hotel, whether that be the front desk, the bar staff, the waiters, the chefs or the entertainment staff, are a massive credit to the hotel. Sydney, one of the evening entertainment staff, was especially brilliant; full of energy, always smiling, constantly ensuring that everyone was happy and having a good time. We would definitely come back to Alegria Florida Park."
