Aqua Hotel the Breeze - All Inclusive - Adults Only - 4Sup

"Based on previous reviews here’s our take on Aqua Breeze. Check In handled smoothly by Daniel (nice fella). Room issued not junior suite but adequate for what we required for the week. Hotel communal areas are clean & tidy, however our room wasn’t done very well whatsoever no thorough mopping,wiping or general husbandry tasks done well. Food is average at best certainly nowhere near 4* standard if compared to other ones we’ve been to. You are guided to your table for first 3 nights then you can sit where you like after that. Strange set up at the food counters nothing is in order & the hot plate is barely warm Staff are friendly enough & the animation team don’t pester you which is good. Pool area is okay but beach is better nice breeze. We sat on upper deck when by pool but it was never cleaned nor glasses removed. Would we return absolutely not , break was good but hotel & service is not 4* by any stretch. Doors to pool are open at 8 o’clock didn’t see much removing of towels but to be fair didn’t see many empty towels left for any length of time either. You won’t starve but don’t expect great food."

"Disappointed. It's an old hotel that they've tried to give a facelift, but it's still what it is. The room had hair in some places, so it wasn't spotless. They charge for Wi-Fi, there's no refrigerator, and they charge for the hairdryer. The buffet hours are limited to 8-10 am and 5-9 pm, and they charge for drinks at the evening buffet. Overall, the facilities are very basic and offer nothing special. I certainly won't be returning."
