Ramada by Wyndham Marcoola Beach

Booked 2 nights at Ramada Marcoola, location backs onto beach & a nice park which was very convenient. We booked a ocean view & view was great from balcony. However, the cleanliness of the room was not I would expected, the walls & curtains dirty, hair on bed & bathroom floor & mould in bathroom with musty smell which wafted into the bedroom. The air conditioner was very loud & no temperature control. Bed was not comfortable, no change of towels on 2nd day Rooms needs major renovation.

I was really looking forward to spending my birthday here, but my stay was extremely disappointing. The photos online are very misleading, the actual room looked old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work, the sheets were dirty, and the curtains were stained. You could also clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax or get any rest. Overall, it felt uncomfortable and far from what was advertised. I regret booking this place and wish I had chosen another hotel

Very comfortable room, good size, staff were very friendly and pool was warm and a really good size to enjoy!

Staff were friendly and the ammenities and hire was great. The location is also amazing. However the rooms are small and they don’t provide room cleaning service included in the hotel stay. The hotel is on the average side and more a 3 star hotel. My hot water stopped working during the middle of the night. The pool and ammenities are amazing and it is a very family friendly environment.

Tiny room, uncomfortable bed, couldn’t sleep with the loud rattling air conditioner. The only positive was the view from the tiny balcony.
