We arrived at The Oasis Don Carlos in April 23 (It wouldnt let me enter the actual date for the review as over a year ago) for a big Birthday on a B&B board basis. We had the most incredible time with a room upgrade and wonderful hospitality throughout our short stay. We stayed in the Oasis Spa side which at the time was the newly built sperate block to the main hotel. I know that the older part of the complex has had a significant upgrade since our stay. (I couldnt leave a review as the hotel was closed for some months) We found the whole hotel complex to be exceptionally well kept, the tropical gardens are stunning full of frogs, butterflies and birds. There are several shops inside the complex and many relaxation areas. The breakfast was amazing, such a wide range of choice in both cooked and continential options with wonderful views out across the tropical gardens to the sea. The beach front is wonderful and the beach club area around the pool maintained well. The Oasis reception staff we met were so friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, they helped with translation, restaurant recommendations for evenings, taxi booking and general knowledge. A special mention to Andrea Rizzi and also Daniella Davis, Fran Merchant Liya. . We simply couldn't fault our stay with huge thanks to the wonderful staff who helped make it truly special :)

The complex is very good but do not go for the suite with it's own pool at 1,100euro per night. It's constanly in the shade, the pool is freezing and the metal fixings are rusty. The suite is tired but clean. Has a cd player! If you are a meat eater the restaurant is OK if you are a vegitarian forget it. Instead of enjoying the luxuries of our suite and private pool we spent out time at the hotel pool and beach which was good. The madness is that when we went to pay and informed them of our disappointed they agreed with us and said they were closing the wing for 12 months to repurpose the space for something more appropriate. No discount offered. I probabaly had the best facial ever at the wellness center which would get 5 stars.

Review for Oasis Marbella: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Oasis Marbella was simply outstanding! The service was top-notch, the staff extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms were not only beautiful but also impeccably maintained, with plenty of towels and thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay. The most remarkable part was the wonderful surprise awaiting us in our room: a birthday cake with a candle, a bottle of champagne, and even a spa treatment voucher. The hotel even noticed it was my birthday without me mentioning it! Oasis Marbella exceeded our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable stay. We give it a well-deserved 5 stars and look forward to our next visit. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful experience!

Fui con una amiga,fue un regalo que incluía desayuno buffet, masaje facial con vitamina c, masaje corporal y circuito en el spa. Nos recibió Yesenia,muy amable y siempre con una gran sonrisa,un trato excelente, en especial Yesenia, María y Aurora,que estuvieron super atentas ,el masaje espectacular,que nos dejó como nuevas una experiencia inolvidable. Las habitaciones y los jardines estan preciosos, el ambiente en general es muy relajador. El restaurants tanto como todo tipo de servicio de primera. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar, excelente servicio.

No era la primera vez que volvía a este Spa y es que desde que te reciben es todo un oasis de relax. Hoy tuve la suerte de probar un maravilloso tratamiento con la terapeuta Karen y ha sido tan relajante que no puedo esperar a repetir. Padezco de dolores de espalda y la verdad que ahora me siento mucho mejor. Lo recomiendo 100% si vienes a Marbella aunque no te alojes incluso porque todas y cada una de las personas que allí trabajan son unas grandes profesionales. Gracias a María que siempre me recibe con una sonrisa y quiere asegurarse que hasta el mínimo detalle sea perfecto desde que llego hasta que me marcho. Enhorabuena y espero volver muy pronto!!

What a great hotel, the spa is absolutely fantastic, the Oasis rooms were superb, quiet air con and well fitted out. The main hotel is a little tired but they are about to close for a full refurbishment. Gardens are lovely, beach as expected in Marbella. Enjoyed a five night stat 🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️

El trato a los clientes es maravilloso. El personal muy amable, cuidado con Lis detalles, muy educados,…. María, Yesina, Aurora y Toñi pendientes en todo momento que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. El spa es increíble todos los servicios que tienen y los detalles al contratar el servicio. Y los masajes son inolvidables. Pierdes la noción del tiempo y te relajas desde que inicias la sesión. Sin duda ha sido una experiencia maravillosa la realiza en el hotel, spa y restaurante. Sin duda para repetir. Muy recomendable. La comida del bufet es excelente, de primera calidad. La comida en abundancia y con muchos detalles. El servicio de comedor espectacular su trato y cuidado. Simplemente una experiencia inolvidable.

Karen fue la mejor, es muy minuciosa y profesional. El spa era genial, muy espacioso y limpio. Todo el personal fue muy servicial y conocedor de cada área. Cuando vuelva a España haré lo mejor que pueda porque es la mejor experiencia.
