As soon as I entered the villa I could see how dedicated you are to keeping the property well maintained and safe. The maids take pride on cleaning the units. Every detail on the towels, bathroom accessories, etc speaks of how engaged is all the personal with quality. The receptionist looked impeccable in his uniform. He was very polite and professional. We are willing to come back in the near future.

It was a beautiful resort and my family and I had an amazing time. We stayed in one of the beachfront townhomes and it was just spectacular. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my daughters 13th birthday. I willl definitely be back soon

This place is a true hidden gem!!!! The name fits it to a “t”. SO quiet and on a beach!!!!! Sunsets are beautiful!!! The tiki hut is fun with good food, drinks and entertainment! Everyone was super nice. We did not try the restaurant on site but it looked really nice.

As always the stay at Tranquility Bay is wonderful. Excellent service for the rooms, dining whether in butterfly cafe or the tiki bar. The beach is pristine, quiet, comfortable. This was our second year here and hope to make it a third year. Love it

The resort was beautiful and the staff were amazing and I will be visiting again next year. I traveled solo and met some great people including from my city of Pittsburgh. The grounds are well kept and the Tiki Bar was allot of fun to have drinks and watch the sunset.

Lynne, and the Finesse Yoga experience on the putting green was best-in-class! The beach was lovely and the resort offered a good variety of activities for everyone. Bedrooms are not adequate for storage - bed against the wall. Not enough room for a nightstand on both sides of the bed.

Amazing! Very peaceful, and clean. There are a variety of pools and many chairs with umbrellas at the beach area as well. There is a Tiki Bar and Grill on the beach so you don’t even have to leave the beach area. One of favorite things to was the magnificent sunsets!

Will not return to this resort. We left and went to a different resort down the street due to having a roach and roach poop throughout the bedrooms. I went to the front desk and was advised that they would do a deep clean of the villa or we could move to the unit next door. The deep clean should have been done upon our arrival because we had other issues from the day we arrived. We were so turned off and grossed out that we chose to just leave and finish out our vacation elsewhere. It was the best choice we made. I appreciate the resort refunding us the nights lost but do better! This property had amazing views and potential but the villas and rooms need work especially for the prices!

Beautiful resort! Excellent staff. Food and drinks on the resort are way too expensive. For the price, the rooms need upgrades and some repairs.
