We visited as a party of 5 in October and booked a 3-bedroom waterfront villa. The photos looked amazing and we had great expectations based on the reviews. The reality wasn’t quite so luxurious. Our accommodation could definitely benefit with some more attention to detail. The living room and dining furniture was tired and in some cases broken. Housekeeping was sporadic. When we visited the front desk, all the staff were helpful and accommodating. No complaints with customer service at all. There was a lot of maintenance going on at the property during our week long stay so each day the pool was quite noisy. We get that this has to happen at some point, it just felt a shame given the marketing around the property being a place to relax in tranquility that we didn’t really get that. I would also suggest that to call this a ‘resort’ is a bit of a stretch. The marketing of additional extras before you visit gives the feel of resort amenities and extras but the reality is underwhelming. The setting is beautiful. We loved waking up on the water and you won’t see a more spectacular sunset. We did enjoy our stay but wish we’d set our expectations before we went.

We were celebrating my 80th bday. You all stepped up for about anything that needed repairs (a fan in 1 room etc), if I questioned a bill, if anything was needed. Great service- a beautiful place!!!

Spent my birthday weekend at Tranquility Bay and it was a wonderful getaway! The food at both the Tiki Bar and Butterfly Café was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit right on the water, which was the perfect setup for our family of five. The space was bright, airy, and you can't beat the convenience of being steps from the beach. As a Florida resident, I’m used to the occasional insect, but we did notice more small roaches than expected. Also, there were a few minor maintenance issues in the master shower that could use attention. Despite these small hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

3 bedroom Villa perfect for family or friends. We are a family of 6, minor children, grandma and husband and wife. Beautiful, large, full kitchen and balconies off every room. Kayaked and jetskiied two days...had a blast. Craig was great at the Watersports. Tiki Bar delicious and front lobby very nice. Gulf side was very nice. White sands. We will return. Thanks

Beautiful setting. Nice layout. Large multibedroom villas for families. Multi pools. Great Beach. Not over crowded. Enjoyed a morning restorative yoga session by the ocean.
