The hotel is located in a national park and is convenient for safari. Family room, huge space and two bathrooms. Bathroom quality is good. Suitable for a family of four or two couples. Hotel service is very good. Hotel service is very good. But there is no phone or TV in the room. The hotel that took a hot air balloon ride proactively provided a manual wake-up call service.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! Everything is so beautiful and I love the atmosphere and interior of the rooms and restaurants. You can really feel the African touch which I really loved. The staff is amazing. They are so kind and help you with everything. They took care of everything we needed. We celebrated the birthday of my mother in law and they brought a birthday cake and came up with an African birthday song! We loved our stay and we could really recommend it!! A special thanks to the lovely Caroline, Olivia, Rolex and Grace. We hope to be back soon!

From the moment we walked in, the service at the Sarova mara game camp (Olchani) was absolutely outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special (especially Caroline, Grace and Olivia) It was honestly the best experience I ever had in a hotel. We were always greeted with smiles. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel property inside the Masai Mara sanctuary. We booked the family tent room which was very spacious and had very good ambience. The restuarant staff were very helpful to cater to our vegetarian food needs. I would like to mention about the coordinator Daisy at the restaurant who was very caring and helpful. Overall very good hotel and worth visiting again.

Such a pleasant experience, the staff were so helpful and kind. The food was tasty and varied, and there were interesting activities organized. You feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. We were just sorry we didn't spend more time here.

Super hôtel, super staff super ambiance un eco lodge vraiment au POINT 💪🏾 très bien tenu et bien gérer tout y es pour une experience au top. Les chambres les activites le lieu TOUT va bien je recommande les yeux fermés ! Our experience with Sarova Mara camp was excellent. All staff had been excellent and nothing was any problem.smallest detail was taken care off. Room facilities were excellent. Well what can i say, this place was amazing,the staff went way and beyond and made this Holiday for us one to remember,the food was spectacular, one of the Best experiances i have ever done,our Game Driver Daniel was fantastic, again he made us feel so comfortable, and took us miles to see all the wildlife,a Dream come true to be honest, when you only see these things on Tv, but to see it up close was bloody amazing, we also did the Hot Air balloon ride, one again i never thought i would do, but loved it, and after having a champane breakfast in the Middle of the Mara was just beautiful, so this holiday was one we will never foeget, so if your thinking about doing a safari Holiday, DO IT !!!! You wont be dissapointed, the only thing i wish we did different, was to stay at the Sarova longer, i didn't wanna leave, ❤️
