這次在這家五星級温泉酒店的體驗簡直完美到超出預期！從踏入大堂開始，就能感受到工作人員無微不至的貼心服務，引導入住時全程微笑耐心，連行李都細心幫忙送到房間，瞬間消除了旅途疲憊。
房間佈置得雅緻又温馨，推開窗就是一片鬱鬱葱葱的景緻，泡池就設在陽台，私密性極好。傍晚時分放一池温泉水，水温剛剛好，看着天邊的晚霞慢慢暈開，再小酌一杯熱茶，所有的壓力都煙消雲散了。
晚餐選了酒店的中餐廳，食材新鮮得像剛從地裏摘下，廚師的手藝更是沒話説，幾道招牌菜讓人回味無窮，餐後還有服務員特意送來的消食茶，細節處盡顯用心。
第二天早上的自助早餐品類豐富到讓人眼花繚亂，從本地特色小吃到精緻甜點應有盡有，每一樣都精緻美味。退房時前台還送上了伴手禮，説是感謝入住，這份心意真的太暖了。
無論是硬件設施還是服務水準，都配得上五星稱號，已經把這裏列入了下次度假的首選，強烈推薦給大家！

茂名喜來登體驗超棒！大堂氣派，入住順暢。房間整潔舒適，夜景絕了。早餐豐富，粵式點心地道。特別感謝經理小邵，全程熱情周到，有需求總能及時響應，讓人倍感貼心。泳池、健身房都很贊，周邊便利。性價比高，下次還來，必須給小邵的服務點個大讚！

喜來登酒店的環境優美，彷彿處在世外桃源中。在從服務到設施都無可挑剔，温泉和水上樂園就在旁邊，早餐美味，有小的登山路…大堂前台張冬梅熱情服務，細心周到，房間寬敞整潔，私人湯池👍👍👍，值得再來😄😄😄

環境舒適，鳥語花香。房間很新，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，鬧鐘還可以充電，在房間都可以泡到乾淨的温泉水，贊！員工的服務優質，很有禮貌，一對一的管家服務，非常不錯。自助早餐晚餐的出品都非常優質。
