房間還是挺滿意的，有客廳有廚房，方便一個大家庭出遊另外有電梯上下樓很方便，電視冰箱都有，基本上的設施算齊全的，我們還自備了做菜的工具🛠️ 整體來説很不錯

房間優勢:房間我們訂的兩室一廳的，一個酒店一晚上價格，房間乾淨整潔，通風很好，有廚房，碗筷鍋碗瓢盆，做飯特別方便，每個房間配備空調，客廳也有，建有電梯，樓層不高面積大。很nasi 。位置:距離中國第一灘僅兩公里（房東良哥免費讓用電瓶車）一路可以騎着電瓶車吹着自由的風，看夏季的花，門口就是菜市場，價格超級便宜（10塊一斤的皮皮蝦，15一斤的墨魚等等，100塊讓你吃不完的海鮮）房間北直行600米也有海，適合喜歡趕海的。

房間簡樸乾淨，床鋪乾淨舒適，很適合我這種出來玩衹求找個舒適地方睡覺的人，衹是衞生間小了點，特別是洗手盆太小了，洗臉特別不方便，附近有市場，吃飯方便。還有就是半夜會雞叫。

房間有麻將機陪長者打麻將比較適合，旁邊吃飯的地方也比較不錯，老闆推薦的店比較好吃，離海邊還算近吧，開車10來分鐘！

住的一樓，樓梯底下房間，進屋就覺得空氣不好，以為打開窗通風吧，一開窗就看見外面雞圈的老鼠，全屋都沒有紗窗，衹能把窗户關牢，開空調換氣。牆體潮濕有剝落，想着可能是一樓加上近海邊的原因吧，上個廁所發現，竟然沒有排氣扇？！！！！又不敢開窗，洗完澡濕噠噠出來沒有地墊，怪不得這麼潮濕。然而體驗感最差的事情是，半夜兩點旁邊養的雞就開始叫，斷斷續續，到清晨四五點又開始下一輪的叫！！！本來住的不舒服了，還不能睡得好，無下次！
