beautiful experience everyone was great from the front desk personnel to Front desk staff, specially, our bar bartender’s waitress specially polo was great and very attempted to our table.

I came with my kids. They liked the food, drinks, appetizers and service. My granddaughter didn’t like the pasta and they ordered a new one for her.

My experience was good in the atmosphere created by the workers, the hotel needs a remodeling since you can tell that the hotel has time. Personally, the food was very greasy and not so good.

Super nice service waiters and staff are very kind. The food is ok, hit or miss with the food, but even when you have a reservation it’s the same as the buffet

I paid for an ocean view room and I got the back of the hotel. Can’t connect to WiFi and non staff can help , say connection is bad. I asked for help only front desk can assist and lines are long and only one person is at the desk. Not what I expected for my girdt time using ******* .

The place is as amazing as I remember from last time we came. Rooms are comfy and cozy. The drinks and buffet are better than average from all exclusive hotels. If you decide to come make sure to visit their Italian restaurant, I've tried both and to me the food menu has more options to choose from. Sure you won't regret. The pool is also very clean and warm. Almost all the employees are kind and caring.
