Waiting a long line for check in front desk not friendly not professional, the room is big and good view but is outdated shower room even worst than the motel will never going to this hotel again

Everything was very clean. Very nice.! Juan, Ulises and Eduardo We’re very helpful and entrance. And everyone was very nice. Beautiful hotel.

Great staff. From Ulisesand all Bell Boy's team (Juan Manuel, German 1, German 2, Elizabeth, Jorge, Eduardo) Amazing service. My special congratulations to Capt. German at El Palmar and truly delighted with Marlene, best omelets I ve ever had.Also Ricardo and Rebe amazing with the service in El Palmar. An update to kids pool might be necessary apart from that and some delay with our terrace table everything was splendid. Hope to return soon.

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful and interesting architecture from the 1970s (this place must’ve been so dope back in the day!), truly wonderful service from the very kind staff. Great spa services. Had a great massage from Janet. Highly recommend. Loved it so much went back twice! We did have a little problem with our room the first few nights, but the general manager of the hotel was so kind and moved us to an upgraded room that was absolutely spectacular. We were very happy with the upgrade. My only minor complaint is that the hotel could do with some upgrades, some power washing, some repainting, freshening up, etc. Also, the food at the buffet was kind of mid, so I don’t recommend the all-inclusive package. The breakfast buffet was good, the birria tacos at the little stand on the beach were perfect for lunch, and then we walked down to the cute restaurants at the port for dinner. Very grateful for the wonderful service we received at this relaxing resort on the beach. Oh also, I highly recommend the Brisas Beach Club rooms for access to the quieter adult pool. Love the old-school, historic vibe of this hotel, and really I can’t say enough great things about the staff. A beautiful experience all around.

We came here for a week as a group of 8 people (4 couples) from Oct 27 until Nov 2. The hotel was very clean and the staff were fantastic. The front desk staff were always very friendly and happy to interact with us. My wife and I have been to Mx over 20 times and had stayed at this hotel chain before but not in Manzanillo. We never had to wait in line for food and/or drinks or had any issues getting pool or beach chairs which was amazing. We only had two minor issues during our visit: #1 when we were having dinner at one of the ala cartes we had ordered some tequila and when we left we were given a bill for 1000 pesos for the drinks even though we had the all inclusive package. #2 one night when we were in the lobby bar they had no Smirnoff and we were told by the bar tender (not Juan Carlos as this was his night off) that he was not getting anymore. This particular bar tender only worked the single night in the lobby bar when were there and he was a bit rude and did not seem to want to serve us. There were 2 specific staff members who were absolutely incredible during our stay. Juan Carlos in the lobby bar was amazing and so was Blas in the breakfast buffet. These two gentleman were the best we have ever had at any all inclusive. Both are extremely friendly and were 1 step ahead trying to anticipate what we were going to ask for. Kudos to the hotel management for having such great people there.

Had the massage and it was very good, was super relaxing! Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! We will be back!
