Personally, I liked the hotel, it's hilarious so don't expect a luxury resort, it lacks many things but I would recommend it.

I liked everything except a few things, the room was a little hot, the washing in the bathroom was clogged, the water came out very badly in the bathroom, I cut my finger when flushing the toilet, I know that hotel is already a little old, but yes. El hotel se ve descuidado rayando incluso el abandono en algunos aspectos… El check-in fue tardado. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, ni agua caliente (cosa que si promocionan), el baño hace constantes ruidos por la tuberías viejas y la TV no tiene control remoto… Para mitigar el aire pedí ventiladores los cuales si me prestaron. Las albercas tanto la principal como el chapoteadero están descuidadas y sin azulejos por completo, debes andar con cuidado para evitar cortarte, no tienen casi camastros (creo que conté 10) y deberás sentarte en sillas de plástico de alguna marca (squirt). Solo hay una área de bar la cual en horas pico se satura, la calidad (marca de bebidas) es mala, tequila “especial” cerveza indio diré yo de caguama… El área de niños estaba cerrada y se veía ya de tiempo atrás, 2 de los toboganes no funcionan… El área de playa está lejos de las habitaciones, mínimo 10 minutos de caminar y una vez ahí solo hay como 6 palapas las cuales están saturadas. Al final la familia se divirtió (más los niños) y con una fuerte inversión quedaría al 100 que creo alguna vez así fue.

Las villas, ya están muy viejas y se ve que nos les dan un buen mantenimiento. La alberca principal está de color verde igual necesita mantenimiento y para lo que se paga creo que si debería tener un mejor mantenimiento. El ambiente es bueno, el show está bien y la comida bien.

Esta en pésimo estado, no ha tenido mantenimiento en años, poco personal y mal humorado, te atienden de mala gana, en la habitación no había toallas, una mini botellita de shampoo para 5 personas, el área de snaks nunva estuvo abierto, sólo en los toboganes y la señora que atiende nos pidió que recogiéramos los platos y que los lleváramos al fregador, muy enojona y regañona; muy poco personal, en resumidas cuentas no vuelvo a ese hotel.

Terrible experiencia tanto de el hotel que se caía a pedazos como de la app de expedía nos cobraron de más al final alegando que era problema de la app al final pagamos y nos fuimos porque ya estábamos hartos de estar ahí no había wifi como dice en la app las fotos de la app nada que ver con lo que es en realidad es un lugar al que le falta demasiado mantenimiento literalmente las paredes se están cayendo pésima experiencia de ambos
