Tough to not sound like I was paid for this but I wasn’t! My wife and I went on our honeymoon to Tulemar and it was amazing. We saw daily monkeys and sloths everywhere. The private beach was amazing. Tulemar is on a huge hill but they have a shuttle they will bring you around the resort. Our toughest decision was whether to go to the pool or the beach each day. You get a concierge when you book with them and ours (Fabio) booked all of our activities and dinner reservations. Our villa was also insane and had amazing jungle and ocean views. Sitting on the balcony watching monkeys move through the trees was magical!

Beautiful resort tucked into the rainforest! Great facilities and excellent service. Tons of wildlife (toucans, macaws, sloths, monkeys, etc.) on the property. We visited with friends with kids and great for families or couples/solo. Our concierge, Javier, was super helpful and responsive to everything we needed including helping make any restaurant or day-trip reservations. Homes within property are different but all well equipped and maintained. Close to beach and multiple pools to enjoy. We would definitely visit again!

We had an amazing holiday staying right in the middle of jungle surrounded by the most wonderful wildlife. So good sitting on the balcony in the evening watching troops of different monkeys moving through the trees. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

The views and the wildlife made this stay extraordinary. We were in an ocean view bungalow and awed every day at the beauty. We had monkeys climbing on our balcony, views of macaws, easy viewing for sloths… so magical! Our 4 year old and 8 year old especially appreciated the wildlife and pools. Having a small kitchen made it easy to cook our own breakfasts and then take advantage of the onsite restaurant for lunch or dinner. We would absolutely return to Tulemar.

My granddaughters and I had a great time! The location was perfect! The staff was so nice! They directed us to great tours and activities! There was something for all of us! The private beach was a real bonus!! The resort was lovely, and the food was tasty. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a bungalow with big windows showing the ocean and bay below and monkeys climbing through the trees. There are four swimming pools plus Tulemar has their own private beach. Concierge service was very helpful as they answered all our questions and helped set up appointments.

The bungalow had a beautiful view. The beds were very uncomfortable, the sheets were cheap feeling, and the bathroom had mold as well as rusty accessories. One staff member at the beach was vocally unhappy and the restaurant staff was hit or miss though the food was good. I’m pretty surprised by all the glowing reviews as this was not our experience. I have a jacket go missing from our bungalow and when we checked out the desk person ran about double our charges through the credit card and had to cancel and rerun the card after I noticed.

The Tulemar Resort and Belleza Verde home exceeded our expectations. The decor is modern and fresh, the bedrooms are exquisite with firm and cozy beds, and the bathrooms are gorgeous and pristine. The pool and the view of the jungle gave us the opportunity to see wildlife like never before. In addition, Raul Jimenez – our concierge - was the most helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable guide for this amazing spring break trip. Raul was proactive and took the time to take care of so many details. Thank you Raul for allowing us an stress-free and fun family vacation!
