The location and stay was always welcoming and inviting. The only issue I had, is that the chlorine levels seemed so high, that it was burning my lips, and my right eye to the point of it swelling up. Chlorine in pool water should never do that to a guest there at a hotel.

The rooms are small but very clean. There isn’t a lot of water pressure but good enough to get the job done. The beds are very comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was enjoyable and a great variety for everyone. The staff at this Microtel are so friendly and accommodating. I have never enjoyed a hotel stay like this one. We will come back next year for sure.

Check in was easy and efficient. Room was basic, but clean and ample. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Slept well when I usually don’t when on the road. Good value for the money.

Good hotel. The pool was freezing. The guy at the front desk turned the jets back on, but it didn't warm up much. I also used the guest laundry here, which was fine. A couple of my quarters did get stuck, but the front desk guy helped me out. The continental breakfast was good, with a good amount of choices. Friendly lady working the breakfast.

We had a pleasant stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Mansfield, PA. The online check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, which made things super convenient for us. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—customer service was top-notch and definitely a highlight of our visit. The rooms are fairly basic and on the smaller side, but they were clean and well-maintained. The beds were firm, which some may prefer depending on comfort preference. We really enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles which were a fun and tasty touch to start the day. There’s a small indoor pool that was nice for a quick dip, though there’s no hot tub. Overall, it was a solid and comfortable stay—nothing fancy, but good value with excellent service. We’d stay here again for a quick overnight or weekend visit.

Wonderful staff made this stay even more enjoyable. Hotel has been updated in a very large greeting area upon check-in large safe well lit parking lot. Angeline was great with a request that I needed. Thank you everyone for a lovely stay..Very clean And convenient hotel.

The commode had some red liquid running out of the base. They said it was glue but looked like blood. Manager gave us discount on 1 night.
