It proved its name “Quality”. Everything about the hotel is quality, from the front desk to the room. I will call at the place again should I have the opportunity.

Without GPS we never would have found it as it's not visible from the main road, so signage could be improved a bit. It was clean and friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We don't love the communal bottles of shampoo/conditioner, etc. and miss the small ones. Breakfast was great. Our son just moved to college near the property and we'll stay there again when we visit.

I’ve stayed here twice and both times the front desk staff announced my room number out loud when other people were in the lobby. This is a safety issue for women traveling alone. Please just point to the number in the keycard holder. Thank you.

Clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. I especially liked the outdoor patio to sit and relax at night.

This was my 2nd stay at this Hotel in 2025. I'm a Choice Member. I've stayed often at Hotels under there umbrella. This Hotel has a Great Staff, very pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. The nicest rooms I've had during any stay anywhere. Clean, comfortable, even came with a small gift bag of Water, and snacks. Management is also top notch at this Hotel. I will definitely stay again in the future. JJA

Disappointing
Went to Mansfield to visit friends. The room seemed small...but adequate. The breakfast was very poor. No fruit except a black banana, no milk at all. The gravy was inside a ice bucket bag in a crock pot! No thanks! Only 1 muffin and very stale donuts!
We only talked about the breakfast...but the whole place reflected the same. Disappointing.

Check in was at 2:00. Arrived at 3:15 was told room will be ready in a half hour. Hotel had no power for 6 hours. No breakfast and could not take a shower. Was still charged for a full night

Loved this property, staff was friendly, check in and out was a breeze. Definitely felt safe while traveling with our small child.
