Very good, the team is great. Even though the restaurant was closed because I arrived late, they managed to prepare a salad and a pizza for me... and it was good!!! The perfect breakfast. I recommend

Odeur d’humidité importante, propreté à revoir, mauvais état général ( manque l’applique d’un chevet avec ampoule apparente, interrupteur du volet roulant qui pend au bout de son fil,etc….)

Ces hôtels nous déçoivent trop. De mauvaise surprise en mauvais surprise : des cheveux dans le siphon de la baignoire, moisissure autour de la baignoire, pas de gobelets pour se laver les dents, 1 seule serviette par personne, oreiller taché, pas de porte bagage (même pliant), pas de chevet, sol rayé au pied du lit, impossible de bloquer le pommeau de douche en hauteur (obligés de le tenir à la main durant la douche), la bouilloire nettoyée au vinaigre blanc, ce qui donne l'odeur à l'eau. Même déception dans plusieurs Campanile de la région. Nous irons dans d'autres hôtels désormais. Seul l'accueil a été agréable, mais sans plus.

I have stayed in Campanile for 10 days due to a business trip. The hotel is not recommendable at all, for half of the days I didn't have access to internet, I didn't have hair dryer, the personnel is not friendly and the hotel is very old and not taken care off at all. My expenses are covered from the company during my business trip, but for this I would need to provide a ticket. Campanile refused to provide me with a ticket so I have to cover the expenses myself. Don't go to this hotel, there are way better hotels around.

Décevant . Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement et avons été très bien accueillis par un personnel chaleureux et attentif. Malheureusement, la qualité des infrastructures ne correspond pas du tout à un hôtel 3 étoiles. Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes : poussière accumulée, moutons sous le lit, traces de moisissure sur les plinthes, bas des murs abîmés et poussiéreux, morceaux de murs délabrés, sol rayé… L’ensemble est vieillot et aurait grandement besoin d’une rénovation. De plus, notre réservation mentionnait un lit double et un lit enfant, mais à notre arrivée, seule la literie pour deux personnes était disponible. Un désagrément supplémentaire qui ajoute à notre déception. Dommage, car avec une remise à neuf , cet établissement pourrait vraiment être à la hauteur. En l’état actuel, il ne mérite pas son classement 3 étoiles.
