The hotel did not allow to change the date of check-in. Terrible service and guest service management. Clearly the guest means nothing to this hotel group. Never going to book with Maritim again and will also not recommend them to anyone of our network. Short term money thinking = long term no guests anymore. Don't underestimate your guests power.

Awesome hotel everything about the hotel was awesome

The landmark water tower is right outside the window. The facilities look historic but functional. The keys are very unique. There is a tram downstairs, one stop away from the train station, so transportation is very convenient. The hotel itself is as nice as a palace! ...

The hotel is very historic and convenient. The breakfast is delicious. The view across the street is unbeatable. This is a very cost-effective hotel in Mannheim. The room is very large. I highly recommend it.

The advantage is that the location is very good, close to the water tower and commercial square, and about a 5-minute walk from the train. The disadvantage is that the hotel is very old and the interior decoration style is outdated. There are several steps at the entrance to the hotel, which is inconvenient if you have a large suitcase.

Second stay, close to the train station, Water Tower Park is next to it

The old building is very beautiful and has historical significance. There is a large underground parking garage. It has been closed since October 15th, which is a pity. I don't know if it will be permanent. It is in the city center and very close to the iconic attractions. The floor height is not very high. The service is OK and satisfactory.

The hotel environment is very good and the service is also very good. I will go there again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future.

Good location, but the hotel is a bit old and the room is a bit small

The hotel is very old. Neither sauna nor swimming pool is open. The hotel bar is closed on Mondays, unfortunately you don't read all of that on the hotel side. In the first room there was no hot water from the shower even after 5 minutes, so we had to move to another room. There the shower needed several minutes to deliver hot water for showering.

Getting old and in need of renovation. Still great breakfast.
