Everything clean & close to airport, hotel have shuttle bus to airport is the best.

First of all, it has an airport bus that is free, but we didn’t know it when we arrived. Although it’s called an airport hotel, it’s not close to the airport. You have to go to the overpass and walk for a while. I just happened to be in time for road construction, and you can’t even reach the proper road after the overpass. No, we have to go down a hill. I booked a double bed. They gave me a triple room and asked me to move the extra bed. I couldn’t move it yet. I was told to put my luggage on the bed. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor. The water next door is flushed and the cleaning is not done in the morning. I heard clearly that the bed sheets were torn, and the most terrible thing was that the bath towel had lint all over the body, and the water in the shower was not flowing smoothly.

I couldn't use it this time, but it was very nice because there was a sauna and a heated pool! In addition, we want to use if there is opportunity!

We travelled from the Murcia Region as our daughter had a gymnastics competition locally and we needed to stay over night. The hotel was in a really convenient location, and we found a parking space at the front although this was limited. We had a family room - for 2 adults and 2 children, and this was a good sized, adequate room, which was clean. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. We had a drink in the bar, and also walked to a local pizza restaurant which was fabulous. Great for an overnight stay. Would return if needed to be in the area again.

My stay at Port Azafata Hotel was incredibly convenient and comfortable! I also appreciated the hotel's dining options—breakfast had a great variety of fresh options, and the restaurant served delicious local dishes. I stayed for one night. During check-in, the receptionist, Carmen, made fun of my last name. Amazing, this was a throwback to school days! The room was very cold. It was reasonably big (approx 30 sqm) and clean. The bathroom was Ok as well. I couldn‘t connect to the internet with my notebook, which was a big problem. Breakfast was nice in choice and quality. Conclusion: I cannot recommend the hotel. I won‘t go back there.

Nice hotel with efficient and courteous staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. We asked for some extra pillows which were provided very soon. The breakfast spread was good. The spanish omlette was excellent. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay.

Another successful stay. This hotel is everything you need in a hotel. Luxurious standard rooms and suites. Fully stocked breakfast buffet and mini bar. An onsite restaurant and meeting rooms. Fitness Pool etc. It's all here. The hotel is Europeam appointment is a nice change from American appointment but clean and stocked to every person liking. I asked for sundries like an extra fan and ice bucket, no problem. There was even an extra heater and airflow from the exterior. The hotel smells divine on e you enter in and that's a plus in my book. You won't go wrong with a stay just 6 minutes from.the airpprt by car or 10 by train. Everyone should be able to enjoy as I saw several very large groups come in for a stay. Just book early. Beds fill fast.

This is a very nice hotel which is close to the airport - about 15 minutes walk or two minutes by taxi. It has a lot going for it, including wonderful staff and large well appointed rooms. There’s a small pool and gym as well. The hotel is located right next to the motorway and at the edge of an industrial estate so we asked for a quiet room upon arrival. The young gentleman, Qico, on reception was very pleasant, professional and helpful. We were delighted by the size of the nicely decorated room and it had everything we needed: safe, minibar, aircon, large comfy beds. We weren’t bothered by any outside noise but we could hear when the cleaner was working out in the hallway. Upon arrival, our safe wasn’t working and a serviceman came and fixed it immediately. Great breakfast buffet (although the coffee could be better). Vincenzo was very helpful in organising a taxi shuttle to the airport at short notice for us (as the walkway there is still unpaved and rubbly - not great for dragging suitcases). This is another big plus: a free shuttle to and from the airport. We were underwhelmed by the restaurant when we dined there one evening. We both ordered tuna as a main and we received thin slices sitting on a bit of sauce, without any sides at all. We ordered an additional salad, just to fill us up. Not even any bread. But all in all, we were happy with our choice and warmly recommend it.

As a solo female (age 65+) traveler who speaks no Spanish, it was important for my last night in Spain to be close to the Valencia Airport for my 6:30 am international departure. Port Azafata Valencia met my needs exactly. The staff was friendly, professional, efficient, & helpful. They arranged for a taxi to be available at 4:15 am for the short ride to the airport. I would not have made that walk in the dark alone. The room was CLEAN, comfortable, & modern. I dined at the restaurant & my well priced meal was good. The wait staff were efficient & courteous. Although alone, I was perfectly safe & comfortable. Yes, I do recommend this hotel & I would stay here again.

Great value hotel next to Valencia airport. Whilst the hotel advertises itself as 4*, I would say it's closer to a typical travel lodge type location, but the staff, facilities and cleanliness were all good. Breakfast was a decent buffet spread, and for ＜ £10pp can't really be faulted. During the event we were attending the hotel provided hot traditional spanish lunches which again were good value and tasty. Location-wise, the hotel is adjacent to a main road and on the edge of a light industrial estate so won't win any prizes for beauty. However, it is only a 5 or so minute walk to the metro line and then 15-20 minutes on the metro to the center of the city (or 2 minutes to the airport) so not that bad for exploring Valencia itself.

We stayed at the Port Azafata twice for a total of 3 days. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Manises was a lovely little town with a ceramics walk and museum. It was a very nice surprise.

Too expensive for the level. In Valencia there is a very good offer for business hotels. I chose this one due to the distance to the airport. At the end the location is too far from the airport to go walking and too close to be accepted by taxi drivers. No parking available. Food was average. Could be OK if the price would be 30% below but at this level no way
