We are extremely satisfied with our 3 days 2 nights stay at our Villa 6; Two-bedrooms villa type with private big swimming pool and exclusive outdoor Onsen is a bonus. This hotel provides world-class courtyard landscape with waterfall inside our villa room & equipped with modernised high-tech app in the villa that made us feel like we are in holiday atmosphere. The breakfast delivered every morning 9am to our villa as requested and they have 6 options healthy menu to choose and food are considered delicious and enough for everyone. Each room has individual standing shower, bathtub, shower tub and digital toilets. My husband really enjoyed his toilet experience during his stay. Provides wide selection of mini bars like- evian, perallagio, coke, beer chips, almonds & cup noodles and replenished rapidly. Provides in-room dinning menu from ＜Deck One＞ my boy & his friend enjoyed their food in room service deliciously. My husband & I tried their Spa service located at 10 mins drive from the hotel. It might probably belong to same group or they outsource. I tried body scrub and facial treatment service and we were assigned at a rooftop villa suite massage room. The therapist is very skillful and pleasurable. We tip them 500bahts each therapist for their excellent service during songkran. CONS: the master bedroom bed should be KING size or super King size instead of Queen bed. Recommends to upgrade their mattress quality. Overcrowded with furniture inside our master bedroom. CONS: Pest control services recommends frequently, but hotel is.kind enough to provide mosquitoes pad and spray etc. CONS: Our arrival experience is not very pleasant as the receptionist lady obviously lack of SMILE; maybe she is upset to work during Songkran. However our butler boy is very friendly and good enough to communicate with us in English. We love his services and tip him generously. We will love to come back again however the room rates are really high comparing to Ritz Carlton/ Conrad in Koh samui; but why not ?

Property is above expectations. Villa is even more beautiful in life than you see in photos. Atmosphere is relaxing and you don't wanna leave property. Hot tub and waterfall is amazing. Managers is very helpful. Amenities inside the villa is top level: Evian water, San Pelegrino, etc. We are so happy that we found this property😊

Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

Breakfast is delivered to the living room on time every morning, and the food is excellent! The environment is very good, the villa's courtyard is very beautiful, with a swimming pool, hot springs, clean and hygienic. The food bar is also very complete and the supply is fast! Ice cream, coconut rolls, potato chips, beer, soft drinks, tea, etc. The airport pick-up service is also in place, and the car is big enough! I really like it, and the cost performance is high! It is worth my strong recommendation! ! ! ! Come and stay! ! I will stay here next time!

I had a great time and came back. Even now, the time I spent at Larin Balas feels like a dream. I chose this accommodation because I wanted to spend 2 days in the old town and the remaining 2 days comfortably when I arrived in Chiang Mai late at night, and it was a really good choice. We were traveling with 6 children, and each room had a bathroom and toilet, so it was very convenient to use independent spaces, and each room was equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, air purifier, and electronic mosquito swatter. This was so great^^ The dining room where we can gather together has everything we need, and welcome fruit, drinks, ice cream, and coffee capsules are replenished every day. For breakfast, you can choose the restaurant or the room, and they set it up in advance at the appointed time and prepare coffee when you sit down. You can also choose from 10 breakfast menus. We ate very comfortably in the dining room. There were some who said that the food was not that great... Our whole family was satisfied^^ The swimming pool is quite large, so there was no inconvenience at all, and the pool water is turned off from late at night to early in the morning, so you can sleep very quietly. And they refill and clean it frequently... but you can't see anyone~ㅎㅎ They respond to requests faster than anywhere else, and the staff are so very kind. When I checked in, I said I would communicate through the Line app, and it was more convenient because they answered the phone quickly and I could communicate through Line messages. They also provide round-trip airport transportation, but since our flight was at 11 PM on the last day, we stored our luggage, played all day, and went to the hotel at 9 PM to use the airport transportation. I said I would come back... I definitely plan to go again^^ If you are thinking about where to stay, I highly recommend Larin Villas!!

Everything is good except that the breakfast can be more diverse and the housekeeping staff don't have to come into the room to clean every time we go out.

The hotel has a car and free airport pick-up. I changed hotels and they also sent me there. 2. I like breakfast very much. It is delivered to the room and the family enjoys it in the restaurant in the room. It is warmer and more convenient than the buffet restaurant. 3. The swimming pool in the room is very large, and the two sons play in the pool almost every day. 4. The hotel cafe can order food, the menu is in the room, and the waiter delivers it. At the same time, there is a restaurant nearby, and the menu is also in the room. The hotel will order and deliver the food. 5. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the river, and there are many restaurants. I checked many hotels in Chiang Mai, and this one should be the ceiling of the hotel in the city.

The private bath is always checked by staff. The privacy is very good. You can only enter the hotel villa area by swiping a card. The three-bedroom, one-living room and four toilets were booked. There is a king-size bed room downstairs and two twin beds upstairs. There are terraces and clothes drying racks! Although the breakfast is a set meal, it is delivered to the room and living room. After eating for two days, we were given a new menu! The refrigerator in the living room is free. Ice cream and fruit are added every day! The staff smiles and serves barefoot at the door! Super good! There is also a cobblestone warm water trail in the public area, which is a fairy place. There is also a self-service gym with complete facilities. There are towels and water! Anyway, the details of the places that should and should not be thought of are done better! It is recommended that friends who come to stay do not need to bring slippers and pajamas (dark and light-colored bathrobes are provided) bathing toiletries, but you must bring a comb! One day at noon, they packed food and steaks from the supermarket and brought them to the kitchen to heat them up and deliver them to us! On the way to the airport, they even contacted us to take pictures to confirm if there was anything missing!
