For the price we paid (12k/room, the hotel is not so much worth. Breakfast spread was very limited. Food taste was just good. In room, towels were dirty. I asked for replacement. They were also dirty. I called housekeeping supervisor and showed them. Overall, ordinary experience for the price we paid. I am sure you would get much better botel in manipal or udupi for that price.

We got a very good last minute deal, which was a premium suite it was all too good. Just the breakfast options were a little off dint like the coffee. Kind helpful staff always ready to help us with the luggage.

I had a pleasant stay at tea tree suites. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel provides great value for money, though a few small improvements like adding mini-fridges and blackout curtains would enhance the experience further. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay in manipal.
