We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring our stay was stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Great stay overall, location is near parqal and other shopping centers in aseana, there are restaurants across the streets. Accommodating and kind staffs.

Just needed a room for some embassy/NBI business and the weekend. Room was fine and was comfortable, but no amenities like we were used to. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner all three in one was a little off putting, and other amenities were for sale. Even with the coffee set up in the room, you still had to buy coffee/cream/sugar, was better to just go downstairs to the cafe. The hand soap dispenser was empty the while time we were there. Water dispenser is in the lobby only, so you have to go downstairs to fill bottles. Overall was an ok stay since we ventured out most of the days but these were some of the drawbacks.

A budget hotel near Araneta Colleseum just a 10 min walk. Perfect if you attend a concert/event happening at that venue. The amenities were only soap and shampoo, but it’s still ok if we compared it with the price. It’s good location

The counter was not attentive.  I requested if possible iiwan yung mga gamit ko since the check in time was 2:00 pm and I arrived at 11 am. all of them are busy busyhan.  nobody assisted me. ha ha ha  so i leave the hotel and back at night

We stay for 2 nights and it was quite fine but there is a problem wih the sink and there is a loud noise outside our room due to some guy are painting and the smell of the paint is too strong and someone accidentally push the fire alarm

I truly appreciate her professionalism and patience. I admired the way she clearly explained everything to me with such calm and respect. The staff were very accomodating and approachable. The location is okay, there's a 711 and resto just by the entrance. When I arrived I have to changed room because the aircon was too noisy and so I couldn't sleep. I don't know if it's bcuz I changed room but there's no soap in the bathroom and the hair blower is not working. The aircon was an old type and on my third day the hot shower kind of not working. Not recommended for a long stay and maybe just don't expect much.
