The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from intramuros. Early check-in is only possible for an additional fee. You can drink good coffee in the lobby, and it is very pleasant to spend time here. There is a room for storing your luggage. They give a small set with toothbrushes and toothpaste, one piece of soap and a small packet of shampoo. The shower is excellent, good water pressure and always hot water. Our bed was not very clean, there were stains on the sheet. There is a kettle in the room. We were given water at the reception, it seems to be filtered. The staff is very responsive, friendly. Overall a hotel is ok.

The hotel was fine but the restaurant was not as good   They didn’t have their own restaurant so they sent us to the hotel around the corner and it was horrible

Creepy male staff. Dark and dingy reception. Coffee hassan identity crisis. Couldn't use in room phone to make local calls so had to go to reception to use their phone so no privacy. Mosquito in room, no spray to use so got bitten. Neighborhood a bit scary. On plus side

The room was very clean and the stuff are so polite but some basic stuffs were not there such as hair dryer.

Safety wise they are ok. You need to scan your room card at the elevator before you can enter the room premises, which means no intruders can come in.

The hotel was very clean ,friendly staff and accommodating. Perfect location. Very close to the airport,MOA,Luneta park and some other malls nearby like Robinson and SM Manila. Will definitely book this hotel on my next trip. ❤️❤️❤️
