Need improvement in cleanliness coz more bugs.

Location is the only good thing about this place. No front desk. Only a lady appears to give me the key and then didn’t turn back. A lot of ants 🐜 small and smelly bathroom, hot water is not all the time. Very uncomfortable bed.

I made a reservation but had the front desk cancel it. They said they would refund me later, but I haven't heard anything yet.

This is the worst Birch Tower hotel I have ever experienced. There is a reception, but even if I requested cleaning, it was done only once during the five days I stayed, and only one large towel was replaced and the bathroom towels were not replaced. During my stay, water was provided only once and no phone calls were made. I hope other travelers will be careful when using this place.
