We arrive on Saturday evening after a long day drive (3hrs) and my sons basketball games (2hrs+) . We booked a double queen bed room unfortunately upon entering our room had a weird smell, and determined that it was coming from the pull out couch. I came to the front and spoke to Rae who was working that night and she immediately try to offer a solution we didn’t think that it would help. She immediately contacted her manager and they got to figuring something out. They were out of similar rooms but Jennifer (the manager) was gracious enough to give us 2 options. I can’t tell you how wonderfully courteous they were and how their hospitality truly helped as we were traveling with our autistic daughter, which was never brought up in our conversation. This truly showed that they were willing to help no matter what.

Our team stayed here for a tournament, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff, Tania and Kevin, were not helpful and came across as rude and impolite when we asked for assistance. They refused to allow a late checkout for the team, which is a common courtesy during tournaments and every hotel we stayed so far never gave us any problems. On top of that, we were charged triple for the stay and had to request a refund, which was a huge inconvenience. The staff seemed uninformed and unprofessional throughout. One of our parents even arrived to a dirty room with used sheets and towels still there — completely unacceptable. This hotel showed a complete lack of organization, professionalism, and basic hospitality. Definitely not recommended, especially for teams or groups.

Very disappointed with the hotel for the price. A large amount of stains on the carpet and mold in the shower. Also, there were people being very loud drinking and screaming outside in the hotel sitting area well past midnight. The quality may have been fine at a $100 motel, but not a room approaching $400. The front desk asked how everything was, and when I told them about our experience I was told “Yeah the stains don’t come out”

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff member, Cassie, made a racist microaggression by trying to guess my last name based on my race. She could have simply asked me for my name. When I brought my concern to the hotel, they didn’t even care. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope management will eventually address this racism so future guests don’t experience the same treatment.

This is the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at. The room was clean but the hallway was never vacuumed and the carpet was filthy. And the elevators and tiled halls were never swept or mopped. It's a pet friendly hotel and both elevators smelled terrible. They are either understaffed, or management just doesn't care about the cleanliness of common areas. Pet friendliness does not mean the hotel has to be dirty. The room was spacious and well-appointed, but I could never recommend this hotel to anyone. They need to hire an overnight janitorial service.

Great place to stay in Lancaster. We had a studio and it was ample size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Pet friendly, we had a room on the first floor which made things easy for us, and there was lots of grassy areas for the dogs to use. Very quiet, clean, good sleep quality. Staff was friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

We loved that the 5 of us could stay in one room. The kitchen area was perfect. The breakfast had so many choices to meet everyone’s wants/needs. Staff were respectful and helpful. We will stay again next year for our girls trip!
