The Sea View Inn at the Beach

Location: Many users mentioned the hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. For example, it's near the beach with walking distance to various amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Sea View Inn at the Beach!! It is conveniently located about two blocks from the beach. The staff is wonderful! Thank you Eddie, Noe and Tequila. Also, Blanca!! The staff went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. They were extremely accommodating and super nice! The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay! I will definitely be booking a room with them soon!! Also, there’s a ton of yummy restaurants and coffee shops that are walkable..! We had the best time!

Recently had a two night stay at this property . I needed two nights to 'chill' after 3 weeks travel in the States before flying back to Australia. I wanted to stay close to LAX without a rental car . As stated in other reviews the hotel could use a refurb and touch up . But my room was clean and it wasn't a huge issue for me . Free bikes and beach gear are available . I made great use of the bikes and rode to Santa Monica one afternoon. I also used the bike to get to restaurants and bars . There's a great breakfast joint next door and a variety of eateries close by . The beach is a 5 minute walk . It's a steep hill . Good cable tv is also included . Not that I spent too long in the room. Manhattan Beach is a very upscale area . I really enjoyed walking along the beach front and checking out the fabulous properties . The front desk was super helpful and accommodating . I had lots of questions . A big shout out to Barbara and Tequila . When I'm next in LA I'll hopefully stay again on the way in or out . The Uber from LAX was around $40 . (Airport fees pushed up the price . It's only about 15 minutes away.) Overall I highly recommend.
