小民宿，挺乾淨的，房間小，設施一般。老闆太會精打細算了，比如紙巾，是我住過是所有酒店裡麪最廉價的那種。

步梯，是自建房的民宿，平時估計房價百元左右，理解春節溢價，在春節特殊期間來講，選擇酒店的要求會變成安靜，隔音，安全，三個條件為主。老闆佛系，我們住宿期間有很多學生，應該是包了旅店一大半。有個點很棒，老闆準備了一次性的毛巾浴巾，很方便，也會更衞生。待優化的地方：進門檢查衞生時，窗簾牆角下有煙頭，室內有蚊蟲蒼蠅，且滅蚊器的滅蚊液沒有啦。大廳處於一直開門開燈，無人值守的情況，缺乏安全保障。
