Fiyavalhu Resort Maldives

We, a family of three, booked two garden villas for seven days. The hotel has a buffet for breakfast and dinner, and a menu for lunch. I am very satisfied with the front desk and restaurant staff of this hotel, but I am very dissatisfied with the seaplane pick-up. I gave the hotel the flight number to Male very early and arrived at around 11:25. The hotel said that there would be staff holding my name tag to pick me up, but this was a complete deception. No one picked up the name tag at all, causing me to repeatedly look for the pick-up sign at the airport arrival gate, but I looked back and forth several times at all the people holding the pick-up sign, but there was no one! This was very anxiety-provoking, so we went to the airport information desk for help, and the staff there helped us find a seaplane staff member, who helped us find the hotel staff who was responsible for picking us up, and then he took us to the seaplane counter, checked our luggage at the counter, gave us three tickets and disappeared (without telling us anything), and then the seaplane office took us to the seaplane airport by bus, but there was no boarding gate and boarding time on the ticket, and we were very helpless (the tourists who went down with our bus had hotel staff at the seaplane airport to greet them on how to board the plane), and we got off the bus without anyone to greet us. The seaplane center was very large, with several floors, and we didn't know what to do, and then I could only contact Ctrip, and Ctrip helped me find out the approximate departure time of 13:40, and then we asked everywhere and went through many boarding gates before we found our boarding gate and boarding time, which was so frustrating. I have been to Maldives more than a dozen times, and this airport pick-up was the worst. We were unfamiliar with the place and were taken to a place by bus. Then no one cared about us. We had to hold a ticket without a boarding gate and boarding time, and look for the specific boarding time and boarding gate everywhere! Is this considered a normal airport pick-up in Maldives? ! I was very angry and disagreed, but the hotel I complained to said that they had commissioned another company to be responsible for the pick-up, and they were powerless!
