This hotel is really rough. It needs a deep cleaning and a lot of updates. The parking lot is in need of repair and landscaping...lots of weeds. Staff is friendly but I was unimpressed by the dirtiness.

We stayed here overnight to attend a wedding and this is where the block of rooms was set up. I definitely would have booked somewhere else if I had known that this was the old Seven Seas hotel. This hotel is so old and gross looking. It needs an update bad. Coming back after the reception, there were broken beer bottles in front of the door. Hallways were stained and dirty. The elevator was old, dirty with stained carpeting.

This hotel is horrible! Everything is filthy and broken down. Holes in the walls and ceilings. Carpets are filthy and never vacuumed in the hallways. Garbage overflowing. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Even my 16 year old daughter sunk into the middle. Hot tub wasn’t hot at all and only a couple jets worked. No towels in the pool area. Was told if I checked out early I would still be charged the entire stay. Asked for the manager to call and never received a call.

The hotel was probably beautiful at one date but appears to be in need of a big makeover. Old flooring and dated decor. Breakfast was basic. Beds were comfortable and room very clean.

Dirty tub like it had'r been cleaned in a rear. Broken toilet seat, broken tv contril, back keep falling off. A/C trim just half hanging on. I had to reset tv box. Just a thin blanket between what looked like to poorly wasked sheets, no additional blanked. Unpleasant afternoon front desk person.

Run, don't walk, away from this filthy, dangerous, and mismanaged hotel. No towels, dirty, and the local teens know the back door is unlocked so they can use the pool facilities for free. They totally overtook the pool, hot tub and water slide, so our family could not use it. Some of them were high, drove to and from the hotel, badgered the younger children, and actually told a disabled Vet he should leave. Management at the desk claimed (after our 3rd complaint) they didn't know there was a problem.

You get what you pay for. First, the positives. Our room was clean and the restaurant was wonderful! Now, the negatives. The elevator is beyond dirty- it’s disgusting. The hallways are also extremely dirty. The guy at check-in was very short with us. We did online check-in. He asked our name and gave us our key “Room 3##”. That’s was it!!! That’s all he said to us. So weird.
Overall, it was affordable for a quick nights sleep but I doubt I would stay here again.
