Incomplete amenities, no toothbrush set up in the room. No rice cooker but it was on the online booking so we are expecting. Housekeeping took many rings but no answer.

We love our stay it is just across Megamall which is very convenient! The staff are very friendly. All our requests were granted.

We used to book this hotel way back and we are satisfied , but for this trip not so much (i am just giving feedback for the room we got , i cant say anything in general) , room is a bit dirty, have insect.

Location and service, i can say are excellent as my request was granted but the cleanliness is not as great as expected. No slippers provided unlike the other units, the bedsheets looks not so freshly changed. Still we can comeback & stay but hopefully to experience the other units.
