This is a rather old establishment, lots of units in two buildings, you are mixed with all the regular residents there.
Location relatively convenient, at least good for my purpose, and it's right next to SM Megamall, good for shopping and eateries.
Overall good value for the money.

Creepy lang yung lugar medyo old na din yung building pero mababait staff. Tapat lang ng Mega very convenient.
