I frequently stay in this hotel whenever I go for a vacation. This hotel is very accessible and convenient to many government offices restaurants and shopping malls. Amenities need some upgrade. Bed and linens were comfortable I always have a good sleep.

Overall good experience. The room was clean and spacious. Several things included like 2 bottle of water, hair dryer, iron upon request, freezer, kettle, small cooking area and dining table. I wish the curtains could cover the whole window though, the light from the city outside made my sleep difficult. The staff during check-out and housekeeping was very friendly and amenable, but not so during check-in.

Housekeeping after makeup room forgot to replace bath towels. When back the hotel at night asks for towels. They just reply with no towels now .have to wait for morning 4sm. .and don't have any manager on duty. Only have reception to handle the situation.
