The breakfast was delicious and hearty. I stayed for a week and had a great time without any inconvenience. I recommend it.

I got 2 rooms The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Even though I arrived a little late, I checked in without any problems. Satisfied for the price.

1.房間價格太貴，不值這個價格 2.裝修陳舊，很臟 ，洗漱用品很老 不乾淨，沒有每天更換新的 3.前台服務倒是挺好的，幫客人買票，聯繫出租車服務非常好 4.早餐還可以，味道也行 5.攜程也不靠譜，推薦的不靠譜酒店 6.衞生間沒有排風 7.很多插座不能夠充電，衞生間不能夠吹頭髮，沒有插座 8.牙膏牙刷質量很差，浴巾和毛巾擦手巾臟也黑很有年頭 了 9.房間不滿意之後還不能夠退房也不退錢 10.空調不好用也沒有使用説明書晚上風很大，聲音很大，不容易睡着

This is a beautiful hotel. It's clean and has a lot of items to make you feel at home. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The rooftop bar is really amazing. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time. Overall, I had a great experience with Hotel Nova, amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and perfect for long stay and celebrations.
