Nice hotel with convenient location. Close to convenient stores, Oxford road train station, *** village, etc. Room are spacious, provide luggage storage before check in and after check out.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, convenience stores, and restaurants. A water kettle is provided, and I found the mattress quite comfortable. Since it’s close to the train tracks, you might occasionally hear trains passing by. Staffs are friendly as well. Overall, I’d rate it 5/5.

Hotel in a good location, but air conditioning wasn't working, meaning it was a very warm night. We opened the windows, but that meant there was quite a lot of road noise and we were woken up by drunken partygoers. Check in process was easy and front of desk staff were polite and friendly. Would have been a good basic stay apart from the air con issues.

For the money it suited our one night stay. It was clean except for the room carpet which was very marked. Staff were pleasant enough , bar and breakfast area are like a Hall of Residence.  We only slept there anyway. Manchester was great.

Very convenient location to Oxford train station, about 6 mins walk. Friendly staff helping with early check-in. English breakfast provided.

disappointing, strong smell of urine or drainage in bathroom, sink plunge not working, no fridge to keep fruits fresh, not good experience.

My second time staying in this hotel. The last time was 2 years ago.  A little disappointed this time.  Though was able to do an early check in, the room assigned was a room meant for special need people with hand bars in toilet. Whenever someone bathes.. the floor would be all wet and slippery.  Carpet and beddings were dated. The room has a stale smell and lightings in room were weak. The air con leaked with dripping sound all night and we were unable to sleep well for the 2 nights. Carpet around the air con which is also the main door area were wet in the mornings due to the leakage. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, spring in the middle sunk and hence the person sleeping on it has a backache ! Don’t think we would be back . Will be putting up in IBIS in Salford Quay and Pollard street for another 10 nights in July , hope situation would be better..

Everything went right indeed except for going into the night where the construction outside the hotel went until 11pm and people were noisy on the street until 3am

I've booked a double bed room for 3 nights. Other than the room size is fine, others were not good. Big and small towels were not changed/replaced everyday, maybe it's reckoned that's a single occupancy, but I was expected a small towel would be replaced. Instant tea and coffee drinks were so limited and were never replaced during my stay there. Most of all, the carpet in the room is so old and dirty.

A very basic budget hotel but clean . The breakfast was not good. The food looked like it had been cooked really early and was just left under the heat lights. The bacon was like rubber no eggs everything had a dry crust on top. I’m not going to recommend this hotel

Great hotel and location. Nice beds but the rooms really need air conditioning
