Water Side Resort & Spa Hotel - All Inclusive

The whole experience was wonderful! It was a great family holiday. Pros: The food was amazing and you had a wide range of variety of fish and meat etc. Breakfast was fantastic and had crepes, omelettes, pancakes and so much more! Dinner was fantastic. It had so much variety and the chefs were brilliant! Tea was even better! It had an outside area with a strawberry fountain with fruit and had wonderful desserts! The indoor area had fish, meat and what not. The pool was warm and was great for our family! The room was spacious and had a balcony looking over the pool! We went on a pirate ship that the staff recommended and it was brilliant! Would 100% do it again! There was a dinner time bar where you could get ice cream, cocktails and so much more! The cocktails were fantastic and the kids cocktails were amazing as well!! The lounge area was fantastic for everyone and the bar staff were exceptional! The staff overall were amazing! Cons: The air conditioning in our room didn't work when we arrived and the staff said there was nothing wrong with it even when it was like an oven in there! The beach wasn't right on the site but it was a 5 minute walk through Side which was brilliant to see their cultures! Overall, there is barely anything wrong with this holiday and do not trust the bad reviews! It was a great stay and I would recommend it 100% for others!

Avoid!!!!!! Terrible food, location far away from centre or shops, drinks absolutely disgusting (apart from beer which was one of the best beer we have had during all inclusive holidays)and most of the quests were Russians so all the games, music, even food were directed for them. Do not go there if you like quality food and drinks. The place is outdated but in very nice area of Side, however, like I mentioned before no shops or restaurants.

We booked this hotel via Thomas cook for 2 adults and 2 teens. The staff checked us in and allocated us a double room so we requested for a family room and we were charged 120 euro cash. The next day, we were told that we had paid for 2 children under 8 so we were asked for 850 euro. We tried to sort this with thomas cook but they couldn’t be bothered. The staff had checked us in and even took passports so we couldn’t understand how they didn’t pick up the issue. We were treated like criminals, told that if we didn’t pay we’d have to leave the hotel the next day. We’d only spent 3 days in the hotel and had 4 days to go. We had to pay the 850 euro. The bar staff were very kind but the holiday was ruined so couldn’t wait to leave.
