Seaden Quality Resort & Spa Ultra All Inclusive

I had an amazing stay at the Seaden Quality Hotel! The food was absolutely delicious with so much variety — every meal felt like a treat. The hotel itself is spotless and well looked after, which really made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The entertainment was also fantastic — fun, engaging, and something to look forward to each day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday! Thanks to animator Dogan!!

We stayed here for 1 week from 31st July. I was concerned reading some of the reviews about how the hotel accommodated guests from the UK. I needn't have bothered, we had a brilliant time. We checked in the early hours of morning and was greeted by the receptionist who knew my name, which I thought was a nice personalised touch and also a glass of sparkling wine even better 😆. We were celebrating our Daughters 16th birthday and I had arranged beforehand to have dinner at the Italian Alcarte restaurant. Guest relations went out of their way to ensure my daughter birthday was celebrated, Thank you very much appreciated . We stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room. The size, decor and amenities of the room were 5 star. Our housekeeper was the best. She went out of her way to ensure our room was serviced quickly and accommodated our requests. We came back to different towel designs daily including a birthday cake when it was my daughters birthday. I will say the location of these room are on the 2nd floor sandwiched between reception 3rd floor/ lobby bar and 1st floor outside bar seating area. For someone who is sensitive to noise, we did hear the seating furniture being dragged on the floor periodically but it didn't impact our enjoyment of the room. We enjoyed the extensive food options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I treated myself and my daughter to spa treatments. Involving Turkish bath and 1.5hr full body massage. I would highly recommend. The staff do a sterling job, yes they will greet you in German but once you start speaking English they will speak in English. Unless you want to engage in a lengthy conversation with the staff they speak enough English to be able to service your needs. I didn't feel limited in anyway. Shout out to Zekeriya, Fatima, Tuncay, Àlperen (the barman on skates) who made our stay at the Seaden memorable. The lovely Büsra from the Entertainment. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Seaden and would definitely come back and stay again.

We went here in June. We love Turkey and have been to side twice before. We are going back to Turkey in September but would not stay at this hotel again. There are not enough sunbeds for all the guests around the pool. We saw towel wars every single day. You could sit on a bed for an hour, then go up to breakfast and "The Staff" will pick up your towels and bags and move them. This was happening all the time. The hotel has very little English guests probably 5%. The staff all speak German and very little English. The A la Carte restaurants have only 1 sitting per night at 7.30, they were generally empty, we tried 2 but would advise anyone not to bother. We ate out in Side twice even though we were all Inclusive, we felt the need to eat out for a much better dining experience. The staff were friendly ( those that could understand us) the hotel was clean. The hotel was incredibly hot with inadequate Air Con. We have never experienced this in Turkey even in August. Our room, on the top floor was boiling hot. We discovered that the air con was set at 20 and guests could not lower it. The Reception and bar areas were all very hot.

Whoever recommended this hotel to the Jet2 bosses needs to be dragged in and explain why, or better still, stay there for 8 nights like I did then write a review!! It’s 95% German hotel who are the most ill manned people I’ve come across, they would test the patience of a Saint, and the Staff at the hotel take after them! If your English looking at this hotel, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, it should be listed also as an adults hotel because for the kids it’s the worst hotel I’ve been too, they have no time for them, the entertainment was poor, 4 dance shows on the run was boring, ended up in bed at 9:30 most nights, the good comments you read about the fitness instructor are probably written by himself, if you like getting screamed at in your face by an overweight Turk, you might like him! Food was ok, something to eat every night, not much choice for the kids tho surprise surprise!! Rooms where ok, but we had no cold water for 3 nights running, which had us ringing reception, outside the hotel is scruffy, the shops are 10 mins walk, we went once, got harassed so didn’t bother going back! I won’t be returning to this part of Turkey and certainly this hotel!! It’s a hotel for rude Germans and shouldn’t be advertised on a jet 2 website
