Lago Hotel

The hotel is super noisy all day. There is super loud animation program all day at the pool. You can hear it everywhere. Do not expect to find a relaxing spot anywhere. Rooms to pool site you read in the comments are to noisy, especially with families. True, but landscape site is in the evening ours the same. You or your kids will not manage to sleep before 0:00 p.m. the other hotels are doing hard party all night. Also after the legal deadline of 0:00 p.m. the music remains not that loudly but you still hear it, even with closed windows. To the ocean site it is the same, festival like noise up to midnight. Kids programm in the evening hours also extremely loud. Not appropriate for kids. Staff told us, they are also not happy with that, but management does not take any action. Dublex rooms are not what you expect for this price. Already after 2 years everything is broken or in bad shape. The safe is old, loose and not attached, the same with the minibar, constantly moving, if you use it. There are also “villas” available. Super expensive. Looks like a trailer park. From one side you have the kitchen smell, from the other side intensive garbage smell that remains min. all night. Really not recommend to book this. Swim up rooms we could see from above, all in front of the parking space or next to driveway or extremely noisy ventilation system facilities. Service is bad, staff seems underpaid, overloaded and overwhelmed. Some of them are really unfriendly and in-polite. The animation team is mainly some young guys, thinking they are the absolute coolest. Can tell you they are not. They behaved many times very inappropriate to the guests, when not doing their programme. Seems like boys stuck in puberty. Food is mainly ok. But not recommend to book a paid a la card restaurant. They serve you the same stuff like in the main restaurant. Only difference someone brings it to your table and you are charged additional 25€ p.P. minimum on-top off full board. Thanks for nothing! So all in all, completely overpaid and still over rated with 4.1. Absolutely never ever again. Better read the bad ratings. Even after just 2 years, they unfortunately tell you the truth. It is the absolutely worst managed hotel I have ever seen in this price range, and it has been the worst vacation I have ever had. And the noise problem, they are not able to manage. Because, like they told us, when complaint, it had to be this extremely noisy, so you do not hear the other hotels noise. Do not waste your hard earned money and wake up in an overpaid desaster!!! They are so far away from living up to what they promise on their website. Just marketing Blabla.

Amazing hotel, amazing food and great weather. The staff was very friendly and even extended our vacation we enjoyed it that much. Special thanks to Derya who was super hospitable and kind!! Will defo be visiting again and highly recommend. Also June time was the perfect time to come!!

If you booked the dublex family room, one of the most expensive categories, does not mean you can expect, what you paid for. Also the rest of the service is not what you expect for the money. The rooms also. Tiny bathrooms, significantly to less space to put all your stuff for a family. Also the standard of the room ist below comparable hotels in that price range. Very noisy hotel all day. Very loud music all day long until mid night. The only pause is during lunch and dinner. There is no possibility to really relax. Even, if you have land view does not mean you have a quite room, when your little kids need to sleep. The other hotels arround are super noisy that you cannot sleep up to midnight. It is absolutely the worst hotel experience in this price range we ever have had. Never again and absolutely not recommending it! Massive overpaid!!! Would not have booked it, if I would have known, that they promise something significantly more to offer, then they do in fact. Just blabla markting!

foods very delicious, personnel very friendly, you can find to much kind food and there are a lot of klnd pool by the way rooms very clean , service so fast , there is a different animation every evening, all the show very excellent the beach long and clean
