Unfortunately very unpleasant stay. Starting from the first day. Manager of the reception not helpfull and rude. All the reception team making you feel unwelcome. Nobody speaks english . AC in the room is malfunctioning, the cleaningladies are rushing you to get out of the room . Service at rhe restaurant the same.

Currently still here, 4 days in and only 4 hours sleep per night due to the electric constantly going off in the room. When it comes on TV turns on and then blasts out loud. Air con is awful - 24.5 degrees after a day in the sun of 40 degrees. Told reception several times but hardly speak English. Also sharing an outside grass verge with next door, not helpful when the maids leave the sliding doors open after cleaning, it’s like come in and take what you want, security risk at its finest, will defo be posting on all social platforms, do not come here. General manager I hope you are proud of the service.

Genel olarak The Sense Deluxe Hotel’i yemekleri, temizliği ve plaja yakınlığı açısından beğendik. 4 Temmuz giriş – 8 Temmuz çıkış tarihleri arasında 5 gün boyunca 3 oda olarak Ailemle konakladık. Ancak otelin en büyük eksikliği kesinlikle misafir ilişkileri oldu. Daha otele giriş yaptığımız ilk gün babam kalp krizi geçirdi ve 2 gün yoğun bakımda kaldı. Bu süreçte araç kiralamak istedik, otel bize yardımcı olamadı, kendi kiralama hizmetleri doluymuş. Bize yönlendirdikleri numara da tam bir fırsatçı çıktı. Sonuçta kendi imkânlarımızla transfer ayarlamak ve havalimanından araba kiralamak zorunda kaldık — ki bu da bizim için ciddi zaman ve stres kaybına sebep oldu. Böylesine zor bir durumda otelde gerçekten yardımcı olacak, çözüm üretecek, bizi yönlendirecek bir yetkili bulamadık. Misafir ilişkileri adı altında kimseyi ortada göremedik. Maalesef bu oteli ‘iyi bir tatil’ yerine yardımsız bırakıldığımız bir yer olarak hatırlayacağız. Her yerde sürekli kese-köpük masajı satmaya çalışan personel yerine, ‘Bir şeye ihtiyacınız var mı?’ diye soran, samimi ve ilgili bir ekip görmek isterdik. Umarım bu yorumu yetkililer dikkate alır, çünkü misafir memnuniyetinin asıl anlamı zor zamanda yanında olabilmektir.

Fabulous hotel…. Hotel was very clean and rooms were amazing. Beds were so comfortable ( I’m really fussy with beds ) we had a family room and it was very spacious. Balcony could of had more seats on as seen as it was a family room but apart from that was very clean and our maid was lovely and very refreshing that she never hinted for tips unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in in side. Pleasantly surprised how nice the food was. Especially at the beach bar. The lady in the corner who did the bread was so sweet and the bread was divine. All the staff were so lovely. We went in may and it wasn’t too busy so was perfect for us. We booked out the hut on the pier which was nice and private. The waiters brought us champagne, fresh fruit and biscuits. They made sure we were well looked after. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Otele girişinde güvenlik personeli ile başlayan güler yüzlü karşılanmak güzeldi. Ön büro departmanı Halil bey ve ekip arkadaşları cok pozitif vebasarılı çalışmaktadır .Oda temizligi ilgili hiç kimsenin süphesi dahil olmasın cok iyi bir ekip kurmuşlar katta bulunan house keepeng ekibi konusma güler yüz mennun kaldık.Restaurant yemekler güzeldi.İlgi alaka ve hizmetten cok memnun kaldık .Müşteri ilişkileri Zekiye hanımada ayrıca teşekkür iletmek isterim otelin her yerinde ilgiliydi.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
