Just returned from our 3rd visit to this fantastic hotel! Room 3005. We had a fabulous time, cannot praise all the staff enough, especially around the adult pool area, where we lazed every day, didn’t even have to use the QR on the sunbed, asked all the time are we ok for drinks etc. This hotel is luxury, from the lovely, spotlessly clean rooms and public areas, to the lovely night time turn down and chocolate left on the pillows. The staff never stop and nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing and plentiful…back to the gym! 😂 We love the warm welcome and politeness of all the staff…a credit to the hotel. Already booking for next year. Thank you Voyage Sorgun ❤️

Mayıs ayında konakladık ve bizim için son derece güzel bir tatildi. Geçen sene çok memnun kaldığımız için bu sene tekrar konaklamak istedik. Otele dair en net söylenecek şey çalışanların çok ilgili olması. Memnun etmek için ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapıyorlar. Öncelikle Beach Club Bar’da çalışan Selim Bey’e çok teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. İlgisi, güler yüzü ve çalışması mükemmeldi. Kesinlikle en iyi çalışanınız demeliyim kendisi için. Bunun yanı sıra tam çıkmak üzereyken olan bir ihtiyacımız için ilgilenen Cuisine24 çalışanı Sinan Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz. Gerek yok biz bir şekilde hallederiz dememize rağmen bizim için koşturdu ve halletti. En çok vaktimiz +16 havuzda geçti ve servis yapan Ramazan Bey çok ilgiliydi, her geldiğinde bir eksiğimiz olup olmadığını sordu. Ana restorandaki bütün çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve tekrar tekrar ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Ana restoranın dışarıdaki bölümünden Hacı Bey, Mahmut Bey ve Gülnur Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Çikolatalarda geçen sene yemiş olduğumuz içerikte olanları bulamadık maalesef, ilk günden sorarak dile getirmemize ve sizin gidiş gününüze kadar yapılır denmesine rağmen herhangi bir değişiklik olmadı. Bizim için üzücü bir yöndü bu. Pastalar görsel olarak tam bir şölen. Ancak özellikle çikolatalı olanlar biraz daha lezzetli olabilirdi, genellikle birbirinin aynı lezzetinde. San sebastianın da geçen sene çok daha lezzetli olduğunu söylemeliyim. Açık büfe restoranlar, dondurmalar son derece güzel, yiyecek-içecek kalitesi harika ve +16 havuz bizim gibi çocuksuz çiftler için büyük avantaj. Ana restorandaki lezzet geçen seneye göre lezzet anlamında çok daha iyiydi. Odalar gerçekten çok temiz, her gün düzenli temizlik yapılıyor. What can I say - outstanding family holiday. We’ve visited Voyage hotels in Belek and Torba previously. This was our 1st visit to Sorgun and it didn’t disappoint. Typical high standards in all aspects of the holiday. I would suggest the level of service from the staff was above and beyond the normal. Exceptional - special mention to Musa in the Beach Snack who took care of us for most lunch times. Love the personal assistant WhatsApp group chat for specific requests. Side also surprised us and is a nice place to visit away from hotel and only €10 taxi away. Overall a great family holiday - only disappointment was that we didn’t book 14 nights!!!

2024 yazında gittiğimiz otelden o kadar keyif aldık ki 2025 yazı içinde alternatiflere bakma ihtiyacı duymadan tercih ettiğimiz tek otel. QR kod ile servis hizmeti, çalışanların güleryüzlü tutumu, asistanların ilgi ve alakası ile fark yaratıyor. Umarım 2025 yaz sezonunda da aynı memnuniyeti yaşatırlar bizlere. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
